Every stage in the process has been DELAYED. Everytime I have been told to expect a call, I HAVE NOT. The only time I get anywhere is when I call the store to get any updates. My window shades have not yet been delivered or installed, so I am only commenting on the service. It seems as though they are very un-​organized. As soon as I get the shades and/​or get some actual customer service, I will modify and/​or remove this posting. I am curretly frustrated :(
