NorthShore Travel Center

I would give this place negative stars if there was a way to.
NorthShore Travel Center is a part of my insurance’s network, but they do not take insurance. We are responsible to file our own claim.
Long story short, I paid in full upfront, filed a claim with my insurance company, but I am reimbursed a portion of the full amount I paid. I’ve been told by the insurance company the travel clinic is responsible to refund me the remainder of what I paid due to their contract with my insurance company.
My bill lists a doctor’s name and this is what the insurance company works off of. This doctor has never seen me and I have never been in his care. Insurance pays in network amount and hospital refuses to refund me the rest.
Never again I will ever go back to any of the Northshore Health System.
