I attend many estate sales for part of my side business. Many of the ones I go to are over priced and won’t even consider a deal until the last hour of the last day which means they usually lose business. I’ve attended a few of the North Shore Estate Sales and everyone that is working there is extremely nice and helpful. They are willing to help load items to my car, bundle to make a better deal and more. Sometimes at other estates sales, finding someone to ask a question is difficult but every time I entered a room someone let me know that they were there to assist and to ask if I had any questions. I hope I see more of them around town because they were so easy to work with and friendly!

Sold our home as part of a relocation and need to sell contents as well. Contacted Mike and he accommodated our very tight schedule. Mike and his staff were very professional, honest, and operated with very high integrity. He sold the contents of our home at extremely good prices, we were not disappointed, with no damage or soiling to our home. He also cleaned our house removing all unsold goods, of which there were few, and donated them to charity providing us with a tax receipt. We would recommend Mike and his team without reservation!

Very unpleasant. My friends and I attend estate sales every week. Most people who conduct the sales are very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. This group, however, is anything but. One worker was texting rather than helping customers and another looked bored. The woman, who I assume is the boss, was very unpleasant, barking orders at coworkers and customers alike. With literally hundreds of sales to choose from each week, I will stay shy of North Shore’s sales. There is certainly no excuse to ever treat customers badly. Without them, she would never make any sales … thus, no commissions.
