Josh Brown – State Farm Insurance Agent

Shopping for insurance and trying to understand what you’re buying can be a trying experience. So glad I decided to stop in and see Josh Brown and his staff! Super friendly and I was able to sit down, compare and truly learn about the best options for my auto, home and life insurance needs. (And I needed a lot!) Josh and his staff have always thoroughly answered any question I’ve had. I can’t recommend this office enough. He is the best!

Josh has been a tremendous agent for me and my family. I have a total of 5 policies with him. Unfortunately, we’ve had a few auto claims (other party at fault) as well as a homeowners claim due to storm damage in the last year. In each of them, Josh took my call and was able to successfully navigate the claim to where it was processed efficiently and to my satisfaction.
When pricing him out, with the bundled policies, he came out better than the other options I was comparing. But simply having everything in one place and having Josh at my back with any issues and claims is worth it’s weight in gold to me. I’ve had policies with other companies in the past and dealing with a call center rep who may/​may not even be in America was a total disaster. So if you’re looking for any type of insurance, Josh Brown is the man. Give him a shot. He’s delivered for me big time.

Josh and his staff are simply as good as it gets. Whether you’re looking for home, auto or business insurance, I cannot recommend Mr. Brown highly enough.
