Established in 2007.
Dr. Nicole Podrat opened Hartwood Family Dentistry on August 4, 2007 as a brand new dental facility in the North Hills area.

Business Owner
Nicole Podrat, DMD was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. After graduating from Taylor Allerdice High School in 1989, she attended the University of Pittsburgh for her bachelor’s degree in Biology. After receiving her docorate degree in dentistry and completing her Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1998, Dr. Podrat worked as an associate in the Pittsburgh area. She owned a practice in the West End for several years before opening Hartwood Family Dentistry, where she now practices exclusively.
Dr. Podrat has received the International College of Dentists Outstanding Achievement Award, an American Society of Dentistry for Children Certificate of Merit, and was a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Beta Chapter (a dental honor society).
