Cleaning Authority

I have tried the service. I didn’t like it. I paid $ 180 for a detailed cleaning of my kitchen and bathroom. I was told that the detailed cleaning will be very thorough with a toothbrush. it was a grade C cleaning. The maids didn’t bent to wash the floor. They just slightly mopped it and left all the stains there. For this money they don’t clean anything that they cannot reach or bend. During the cleaning I had four people going through my house — two maids, the manager, and another worker who just came to eat her lunch on my staircase. I don’t know who she was, she didn’t introduced herself, she wasn’t working, just came with her street shoes to my house to sit and chat. I do not recommend this company.

Do not use this company — like the prior review, I gave this company several chances to redeem themselves. I even tried get them to use my own supplies so that I was sure they were using products that would CLEAN. When we would come home from a day that they had supposedly cleaned, there would be no sign that they actually did anything besides wipe stuff down with a wet rag. Sometimes there would still be rings in the toilet, the toilet would smell like pee, I watched dust build on the shower head for months — thinking that they might eventually clean it — but they never did. Not even on the rotation day that the bathroom was supposedly the focus point. The bathtub floor would have dirt build up often, pink soap scum in the shower — if this is happening that means there is no way they were ever cleaning the bathtub as they said they were. They never once cleaned a toothbrush holder even though it says they clean fixtures with a toothbrush — what a joke. We also have a dog who drips water on the hardwood floor — I would often come home and the floors were barely vacuumed, definitely not cleaned with a wet mop.
The worst part is that when you would call the lady would just sound annoyed and say she would send someone back out, but was never apologetic and always made it seem like it was your fault they had to come back out. We did find one lady that we liked (that’s the other thing — extreme inconsistency with the different people they send out to clean) so we requested to have her each time. The very next time we had a cleaning scheduled the two people that showed up at the door I had never met before. Sure enough when I came back that day the house looked as if it hadn’t even been cleaned. I ended up cleaning the toilets myself. When we called to ask why this specific person didn’t come to our house she said that she was unexpectedly out today. I understand that, but the company should have called us and let us know that and given us a chance to change our day to a day that she could come. Horrible customer service.
I’m shocked there aren’t more bad reviews about this company on here. I didn’t even have a Unilocal account until today, but signed up just to write them a bad review. I feel that strongly about it. We’ve wasted 100s of dollars on this company the past 8 months.

I gave this company several chances to redeem themselves with failure everytime. I am very disappointed in their services. Found damaged furniture, which is very very frustration since it was new. Things not dusted… Waited until the following week to see if it was just missed and still not dusted. Put out my own cleaning supplies, they were not used. My husband likes our home to smell like an institution when he gets home. Who supplies there own cleaners for a cleaning company??? When I called they never offered to reimburse my final payment. I was spending over $ 100.00 a week for nothing. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
