As the name states, they do everything by hand. I have a brand new vehicle and didn’t want to go through some car wash that would scratch or swirl the new paint. I had a lot of bug and dirt road debris all over my car and in about 10 – 15 minutes it was sparkling! Customer service was excellent and they even brought me a chair so I could relax while they worked. They even vacuumed the driver floor mat as a courtesy, as I only asked for the wash and spritz wax. Highly recommended!
