Contemporary Villages

Just a little input, the property manager here at Contemporary Village Apartments is one of the best people that I have ever seen. just yesterday she was out there on her hands and knees planting flowers! She takes care of this property as if it were her own. The management company should be glad and thank there lucky stars they have someone who is so great. Love it here!!!

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT move here. I am a current resident at this complex and I will not be renewing my lease. MCM management does not handle anything on the property accordingly. I have lived here since last summer and everything was fine until a few months back. My neighbor is very aggressive, to the point where she has actually blocked me from getting into my unit and even backed me into a corner last night with an umbrella and mase. She has a mental illness, which I have tried to be understanding about, but this is the fourth incident that I have had to report to the complex as weep as the police and all the management team has done is shrug their shoulders. I do not feel safe in my own building and they do not seem like they are willing to work with my boyfriend and I to resolve the situation. I am currently requesting to be moved to a different building for the remainder of my lease and they are dragging their feet about the whole situation. On top of all that, the units are poorly put together, sure the photos might look nice but all the remodeling work they have done is totally shoddy, my shower curtain bar has come out of the wall, there was a leak in our ceiling that still hasn’t been fixed, and other small things that are just plain neglected. Lastly, the portal for paying rent and putting in work orders NEVER works. Most times you cannot pay rent and if you put a work order in (you can only request one thing at a time), it never says it’s been repaired so we can’t put in a request to have anything else fixed. Everything about this place is total crap.

DON’T MOVE HERE!!! It was all good until MCM Management took over. They got rid of the maintenance staff on site and now nothing gets fixed. How do you run an apartment complex and dont have maintenance on site? They continuously lie about sending maintenance out to fix your problems and they tell you that they paged them but dont know why they didnt show up. I’ve been waiting for over a month for my heat to be fixed and they have the nerve to overcharge me this month. Save yourself the trouble and stress and look somewhere else. I’ve spoken to other tenants that live here and they all do not plan on renewing their lease.
