Awful Awful experience… made reservations for the the weekend for round trip for two nights, the reservation worked fine for the way there but the way back to our hotel was a disaster. Waited 2 hours the first night to get a taxi and the second night was 3 hours with no taxi. Never picked us up. We were lucky and got a ride to our hotel from the local Police. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone unless you like being stranded!!!

Tim picked me up at 4am in a clean town car and drove me to the airport. He was a great driver and a reasonable price for his service. I HIGHLY recommend using his car service if you are in the Capital District.
