Just passing thru while driving. Nice and clean

We just moved to the area and this is the closest grocery store to us… I started going to the Albertson’s on Route 66 because every time I went to this Von’s I could not find fresh produce. Everything was over ripe, rotting or moldy. I do not recommend this location if you are looking for fresh produce.

There’s only one person working and a really long line to buy groceries. It’s not that hard to hire a few people to make the customer experience not suck

Customer service is not the best here. The lines are always long with only 2 registers open. I’ve had to wait 10 mins in line to pay for one item. Horrible.

I get it was Superbowl Sunday and about 45 minutes to kick off so it was busy. But come on, 2 lanes open? It would have been nice for the managers to recognize the need to open a few other lanes to clear out the traffic.
The store was well stocked and relatively clean, no complaints there.
Faster service = Happy customers

Not crowded, clean, and MOST of the staff is nice.

The staff is very friendly here and with gas rewards you really can’t go wrong!

Whether its alchie or milk, they have it here. The place is decent sized, always stock, plenty of parking. The last visit was here for milk and bagels for breakfast. Our cashier was super friendly and asked us how our weekend was going. We even had a small conversation about movies. Their produce section isn’t that big and even though it was a late Sunday night our bagels were not fresh/​a little bit on the hard side, that’s the reason why we minus the stars. If the bagel’s have been out for too long, move them out so customers don’t get surprised with a harder than expected bagel. We still ate it regardless. This Vons had a clean parking lot and the inside was clean, organized and stocked.

well this is a review that is needed to be written. We have shopped in Vons of Glendora for 10 years. This might have to be suspended at this time since Art/​employee of Vons in Glendora has made a great error in his behavior. I plan to write a review at Grocery survey. I felt that Unilocal would be a great place for a complaint should be recognized. Art, you did not handle the OJ situation well. When items are in an area that they should not be in, it is not the customer’s problem or fault, they belong to the store employees that placed them there, this is called accountabitlity. Moving the OJ back to the area where they belonged in the first place, then saying to my husband it’s not a problem now, we would not be writing this comment review:). It took a supervisor to handle the situation. My suggestion would be never send a inexperienced person to handle a situation of this type. Outcome: Think twice about shopping at an Vons in Glendora, CA that lacks of customer service…

This place is minutes away from my home, I am there at least there three times a week. I always experienced good customer service. Vons isn’t know for there deli sandwiches but you should give them a try they are surprisingly good.

I live down the street — this is typically the grocery store of choice just because of proximity.
Nice staff, plenty of parking, good size.
