Robert Sr, Robert Jr and Carlos are the greatest. Great customer service and very blessed that I came across honest guys to work and provide input to my car. Went back for a headlight issue and they we very accommodating to my needs and time.

Being from the UK I’m not used to tint or its benefits. I found VIP Auto via Groupon and gave them a call. I spoke to the owner Robert, he was patient, informative and invited me to the shop for an explanation of tint and how different types worked. My wife and I visited Robert, met his son and some of the team. Everyone was very friendly, informative and we didn’t feel pushed into anything at all. Robert gave us an awesome deal and we went to think about it. I called a few times to ask questions and he answered everything fully. We finally just completed the tint on my wife’s car and we are very pleased with the outcome. Robert and team did a great job, great price and lifetime warranty!!! We will return with my car next month. Thank you VIP Auto!!!

Used a LivingSocial deal today and am so happy with the results. Although it took longer than expected, which happens at times, Robert was very apologetic and was extremely professional the entire time. I would definitely recommend VIP for all your tint needs!

Took my shop in to Robert who was very professional. Took care of my vehicle like it was his own. Speedy service and did exactly what was said. Very punctual and an overall great experience for my tint. Would highly recommend to get your car tinted here. Will be doing all my future tints here from now on. I had the worst experience with this company, I purchased a living social deal for $ 74 and contacted Robert who mentioned that this is for the 3M tint. Called in for an appointment with Rafael who said that this was for the solar guard tint, and I told him that Robert said this was for the 3M brand. He said whatever Robert said it was for, he will be able to provide. I asked him which 3M tint was this for, he said it was for the premium.
Fast forward to day of appointment, I showed up with my car, and was treated with the worst attitude ever. Carlos, a older gentleman, was critical of everything I said. I told him that Robert said it was for the 3M and not only did he not believe me, even after I showed him the email between Robert and I. The Living Social deal was only for the back windows but Rafael told me it was for all of them. So all in all, they wanted me to pay double the price of what I paid for. At first, I figured why not? Since I’m already here, I might as well. But after Carlos gave me this attitude that I was trying to lie to him, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
Not only is there no communication between workers at this place, but because of their inability to stick to their word, I went to a better and more reputable business that treated me like a customer and not a thief. I hope the owner realizes the disorganization that is in this company, and trains employees to give better customer service.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was a no pressure, «youre in charge» type of experience. The guys explained everything and made sure I was satisfied with my choices. They made sure they knew the correct answer to any question I had rather than simply guessing or making something up. I wil most likely return to apply crystalline to the windshield in the future. The tint looks great!

Great place to come get some tints and any other auto need. Service is friendly and fast. No pressure sales. I highly recommend to come here for quality tints. My car looks fantastic! They finished the tints in about an hour. The owners and staff are all just great!
