By using a more preventative and natural approach to medicine we help our patients achieve this goal. We also integrate more conventional means of treatment when it is needed.

Time for Health serves the residents and guests in the Southern California area. We believe in providing Whole Person Care to all patients. This type of care includes working with other physicians you may be seeing, integrating alternative holistic treatments with prescriptions, and taking into account the mind, body and spirit of our patients.

At Time for Health, we will give you a personalized approach. We invest a significant amount of time to your care. This includes time spent with you in the office learning about you and what your goals and needs are, spending time creating a treatment plan that works for you, and follow up with you to see what you need to make this a success.

Meet the Business Owner

Dr. K.

Business Owner

Experienced in the field of blending natural medicine with conventional medicine. Dr. K’s personal journey took her from uncontrollable pain to managed health, from wondering how it was possible to get up in the morning and function, to completing medical school and opening «Time for Health».

Dr. K graduated from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, one of only 7 schools accredited in North America in the current field of Natural Medicine. Dr. K has interned with Emanuel Hospital, Portland, Oregon, in Trauma Surgery and has coauthored scientific research papers for medical journals. Dr. K brings a broad based perspective of how to blend natural medicine with western medicine. Dr. K has demonstrated expertise in the specialities of Pain management, Interstitial Cystitis, fibromyalgia, and Gastrointestinal disease. She is also trained in all areas of Family Care Medicine.
