Alright service just needs to be quicker and juice line is good. Rebuilds are good, product line on mods, tanks or drippers, not many to choose from. Prices are alittle more expensive then they should be. Over all a good place to go

Ive been coming to this store thru its UPs and its very very down times. either way the shop now is very eye appealing. the store has a nice wood finish look inside and eye gazing glass show cases housing for their merchandise. The workers are very knowlegdable about the shop and vaping in general. Very good builders; they will build your vape with whatever you and also give you feed back on what they think will work better for yourself. They have a wall and a half of juice to pick from (they will have some sort of flavor youll love). Been coming to this shop for 2 years now so i thought it was time to drop a review.

A homeless man came into the shop, slightly awkward and uncomfortable for all of the guest, but instead the employees embraced his presence and welcomed him as if he’s a regular customer of theirs. Damien offered him a cup of coffee which he gladly served him. Angel also offered him a jacket for him to keep with this rainy cold weather we have been having. The man was very thankful for what the vapors employees have done for him as he sits on the couch just trying to get a break from the harsh weather. I enjoy coming to this Vape shop even more. The employees are very warm hearted and polite. The world needs more people like the employees at the vapors.

This place is the official go to for all your vape needs! Best juices in stock ALWAYS. Best staff in town. I will never visit another shop. Thank you the vapors for gracing Glendora with your presence.

Angel at The Vapors is so friendly, helpful and has great customer service! Actually, anyone who has helped me here has been helpful thus far. They are very good about helping you select the flavors you would like best and they are very patient and kind here.

AMAZING service! The new management made a great first impression. Last night I went in with my boyfriend to get new builds and one specific worker, whose name escapes me, made us one of the best builds we have ever had. It provided excellent flavor and a nice hot vape. He was kind, patient, and informative. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good experience, good service, and a well informed team; along with a wide selection of juices and mods.

Great customer service! I went in knowing nothing about the «vape» industry and by the time I left the store felt comfortable enough with my purchase to be smoke tobacco for going on a week!..

Well it’s been about 5 – 7 months that the vapors shop was under new management! Owned by Corey and his business active wife the two have made a complete turn around for a vaping shop that had little to no product.
Within the last months I have met multiple regulars, new employees and definitely plenty of returning customers.
LYou have a huge wall of juices stocked between 0– 12 ml with many different flavored and ml.
When you walk in you have an industrial modern vape shop with two couches and a bar with 9 seats.
You will be greeted by carlo (manager) who is also the photographer for the shop.
You see mark, Damien, Eddie and veteran Austin, Matt (black beard) sometimes you run into Daniel and Andy.
These guys are a great combo. They know how to build, fix and on top of that they also advice you to kick the cigarettes out the door and vape, with a guarantee you will quick both. I sure did.
I love hanging out here the team is extremely welcoming and great conversationalist.

Awesome place! The staff really knows about their products. The store set up was very nice & clean as well. I was suppose to come back to make a purchase, but wasn’t able to. Definitely come back to this shop when I’m ready to purchase a mod.

Great service. Everyone is super informative and it’s a welcoming environment if you’re new to vaping. Karlo is the store manager and helped my brother and I out when we went to check this place out.
Definitely coming here again for juice and for the customer service because honestly it can’t be beat.

I have to give Vapors another 5 star review. I love this place and all the guys there are so awesome and knowledgeable. I suggest all my friends go there. Today as I’ve had a leak issue with a tank I needed to go back in. Damien had helped me earlier but since the tank continued to leak he replaced it for me. Damien and this store will go above and beyond to get you what you need and correct anything that may be wrong. Cannot say great enough things about this place and all the guys I’ve met. Big thanks to Damien. But Carlos and Eddie were also awesome!

Most badass shop around. Great staff and atmosphere. They keep you wanting to come back by the outstanding service and helpfulness! The juice and mod selection is top notch and I still haven’t seen everything in this store. Absolutely the best! Chaz and Eddie are the homies and everyone else is great.

First time here and customer service was AMAZING. Good prices and really awesome flavors of juices! Toshiro was amazing and offered the best customer service I’ve ever had! If you haven’t been to this vape shop, deff a great place to try. New customer for sure!

Huge selection?!? What? Where? The guy working there was telling me about all the «new brands and flavors» that they DON’T have. Hello? Tell me what you DO have. I’m not here to buy imaginary juice.
Then he tried telling me I need to upgrade my mod and tank to something much better. How would he know? I never mentioned what I had. I didn’t even bring in my piece. Oh! Was he trying to sell me something? This kid needs a little more skills if he wants to sell anything at this place.
I usually never like to write anything bad about businesses, but this place was so bad… I just had to walk out.

Quite simply, the children that work at this «store» are idiots. Do yourself a favor and PLEASE go to any of the numerous other vape shops in the area if you want to deal with a staff that actually has a clue. God help you if you have a question for these morons or desire to actually purchase parts that work.
The mentally handicapped teenager I dealt with on my return visit (I was sold incompatible pieces on my first unfortunate visit) had no idea what the hell he was talking about and needed to call (numerous times) someone else for guidance. The kid was notably nervous and super unhelpful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

I didn’t know a lot about vaping when I came in to this place a little while back, but when I left I was shocked about how dumb and unhelpful the staff was. The only person who looked like he had a clue was the guy who wore the belt with a side pouch for his juice. Aside from him, super unprofessional staff, the store is dirty and unhygienic – this place should be avoided at all costs. Go to a different Vape store!
My experience at Planet Vape was much different. They were friendly, knew their stuff, professional, store was clean (unlike the vapors they didn’t touch the mouthpieces before letting you try a juice). Go here. Don’t go to The Vapors.
