How many times can they mess up my order? I asked for a venti acai got a grande. Asked for a maple muffin, got no muffin, the girl didn’t charge me. Asked for a grande caramel macchiato hot with extra shot which I paid for and got an iced latte. I didn’t have time to complain bc I was already there waiting 20 mins and barley made it to work on time. Attention to detail is a must and I will never go back to this store! When I pay $ 5 a drink I expect to get what I paid for. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

If the Starbucks inside the vons took mobile orders, I would go there instead. This Starbucks is ridiculously slow, especially with mobile orders. I’ve noticed more people do mobile orders & there is still only ONE barista doing all the orders. It is RIDICULOUS. And the orders get so backed up that people barely waiting get served first. Just really unhappy with the slow service & most of them are not nice either. Save yourself. Wait in line at the Starbucks inside the vons.

I was in this Starbucks this morning to get a regular coffee. I was left standing there while the lady was talking personal talk with the Glendora Police Officer. Apparently I didn’t mean much to the Staff. Lousy service. I’m never going back there.

This location is always super slow & inefficient. Right now for example, there is a line 7 deep &4 people working, but the one person assigned to taking orders is also helping make drinks. This is a common experience here.

Supermarket Starbucks. The baristas are clearly not as skilled or professional as one you would find at a normal Starbucks. Keep the orders simple. They won’t comprehend the soy latte, yoga pant, double ugg boot special.

I have been back to this Starbucks location many times since my last review, and Ian’s friendly attitude and exemplary service has been enough to keep me coming back. The entire team does a great job, and when I was coming in more frequently, they actually began to remember my favorite orders. The service in the last year has been absolutely amazing, as well as the quality of their products. Thank you Ian and the rest of the team at the Starbucks on Rte. 66

I’ve been having problems with this Starbucks with my mobile orders. I usually do them 15 minutes before I enter this Starbucks to pick it up and trust me, they are the most SIMPLEST drinks. For example, a tall blonde with half-and-half. When I arrive there, I expect it to be at the bar for me to pick up but NO. I had to wait about 15 – 20 minutes for my simple ass drink. This Starbucks needs to learn how to prioritize the mobile orders because it is for people who are in a rush and don’t have time to wait in line. But I end up waiting longer for my drink than the people who are in the lines? Ridiculous.

Have to update my review. Was proven wrong recently a few times. Their expediency is improving drastically. Our comments are heard!

Every time I go here after ordering a mobile order they usually forget about it. Crazy. They need to move the mobile order machine somewhere more visible. #justsayin

When I go into Starbuck to pay the high price for a foo-foo drink with a friend, I expect the order to be right. There seemed to be some confusion over what«large» meant. That can happen, but when I questioned whether I was charged for the larger size I did not receive, I don’t expect to be told, «We don’t have time to look up what you paid for.» I thought part of what I was paying for was good service. I’m sorry you got busy after you took our order, but if you’d gotten it right to begin with(plus ½ a cup of coffee seemed to stump them, too) I wouldn’t have asked you to check.

Uhh. So I go there this afternoon and ordered a grande iced coffee with two shots of espresso, 1 pump pumpkin spice and light soy. I know it sounds high maintenance but usually it’s not a problem. I used to work at Starbucks, and complicated drink orders are par for the course. So the barista says«one pump vanilla…» «Oh, did I say vanilla? I meant pumpkin spice,» I said, trying to be nice but knowing I said it right the first time. So she says ok. I get my drink, take a sip and WTF?! I look at the cup, and she hadn’t written down to shots(so no espresso) and had written one pump pumpkin and four pumps classic. What sick individual would ever order such a thing? So gross. I didn’t say anything, but I was way bummed that I paid $ 4 for something that doesn’t even slightly resemble what I ordered. Horrible :(

went in for the first time and was serviced by debra, a nice girl with short hair. she struck up a conversation with me and when my drink was served, she noticed the guy who had made it gave me whipped cream when I asked for no whip– I didn’t even have to say anything. im not a picky customer, I would have settled for it and been on my way. however she actually took the time to make my drink over again. I told her she didn’t have to go through the trouble but she told me that she noticed he made it watery(which makes the drink taste bad). I absolutely love her customer service, she went above and beyond. she is very sweet and makes my visit enjoyable. Customer service like that is what sets a store apart from all other branches. its what makes people go to that specific place more often. good drinks, good customer service, happy customer. so, THANKYOUDEBRA

My boyfriend and I come here 3+ times a week specifically because of the awesome service! I love that they know his order by heart and I’m sure they’d know mine too if I didn’t change it up do often. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the wait time on the weekend mornings is a little ridiculous compared to some other Starbucks in the area, I don’t know if I just happen to always go when someone’s on break but it seems like they could use an additional barista making drinks. The great service makes up for the wait time though and we will continue coming here even when it’s out of the way.

I always enjoy a good mint majesty brewed hot then poured over ice. Usually at Starbucks the tenderista gives me a little attitude when I order it, they always offer me the green tea with peppermint squirts(so yuck BTW) but today it was service with a beautiful smile! Thank you!

My family and I usually come here on Saturday morning because our dog’s groomer is in Glendora. The service is usually good but, they get very busy. There is some outside seating as well. The people here are very friendly and nice as well. Its on the street side so it can be very loud and noisy with people coming in and out.

I fricken LOVE this place!!! From Leo, to Logan, to Megan and Collette and so many more to name, this really is a neighborhood coffee shop, not some big huge chain company! I visit here everyday, sometimes twice, and you can always count on seeing the same faces, from customers to staff. The line can get long, as with any and all Starbucks, but that just means they are good. I will wait for good coffee, and not to mention, most if not all of the staff knows my drink and will get it started for me, not just me though, I notice that they know most of their customers drinks. Kudos to you all! I LOVEMYSTARBUCKS!

2 stars just cause who doesn’t like coffee, right!?! 8:30am…I expected a line. Only 3 people in front of me, not bad! But the place was packed and lots of people seemed to be waiting for drinks. 5 visible employees. I counted them! And one more on break. Only 1 cashier, no biggie. But only 1 effing barista!!! Seriously, at 8:30 in the morning you aren’t gonna tag team that sh*t? So 10 minutes after ordering my drink, after watching each drink prepared slowly, like they needed to be aged, I finally got my drink. I only ordered 1 very uncomplicated drink! Step it up Glendora Starbucks! People gots places to go in the morning!

I officially have to drive across town for my Starbucks fix after breaking up with my other location. I came to this one today because it’s the next closest store. I loved it! I’ve been dealing with cranky rude baristas so long I almost forgot what it was like to get great customer service! But this location provided that for me! I walked in and was immediately greated by the two baristas behind the counter. The store was very clean and well organized! I walked up to the counter and ordered my drink and I’ll be damned that the barista working was actually pleasant! Funny even! His name was James. Thank you James for restoring my faith in Starbucks employees! He engaged me in small talk and little jokes and didn’t act like it was a chore to serve me! This is what I’ve been missing! My drink came out quickly and made right! I’m definitely switching to this location.

It’s Starbucks, so no surprises in the store. The staff is friendly and of course the drinks are yummy. I am not thrilled much about the parking lot. There are so many fast food places in there, that parking is hard to find.
