Worst experience of my life, still going through it over 2 months later. Pressured to do extensive work, turns out the work wasn’t done properly. Deep fillings, one tooth with exposed nerve, all of them with decay left and filling placed over them. This was told to me by another dentist who has slowly removed the pains all over my mouth one by one. 9 fillings done by Dr. Desai. 2 root canals, 3 fillings later, one more filling pending LATER, work done by new dentist to fix what he ruined. Constant pain would not want this for my enemies. Dont just go to him because he’s cheap. The product, and end result shows.

My wife and I being visiting Dr. Sachin for more that three years. He is an excellent dentist and his staff is so professional and kind. His office is family oriented and hi is a gentlemen.

Really enjoy coming here vs my last dentist. Love how it’s not painful when cleaning is being done. Recommended dr. Desai to my husband as well and he also said he likes how well they treat us here.

Best dentist I’ve ever had and I hate going to the dentist. I should of gone more often earlier in life but I didn’t. Comming here makes up for some it because the doc is always honest, professional and does a great job. The office ladies and nurses are really nice too. Text reminders are helpful also

I’ve had great experiencing until today. Today I took time off of work to go in because they said it was really important to check my implants… I was just there for a teeth cleaning two weeks earlier. So, I took time off, spent 10 minutes looking for a parking space, only to have the staff tell me, «we just needed you to sign in so we can bill your insurance». WHAT!?! I wasted my time because you lied to me?, I walked out, I will not return, I pay for my dental insurance like we all do either by lower wages or by cash, this pissed me off. They offered a complementary teeth cleaning since I came in… dude, I just had one two weeks ago.
Now I know why it was so important to get me in for a teeth cleaning before December 30… wow!

I started having tooth pain on Sat Dec 19^th, and it was getting worse and worse. By that Monday I needed relief. I visited the first, or FOUR dentists. The tooth that was causing pain was a previous root canal with a crown. The dentist said that he thought I might have a sinus infection, proscribed antibiotics and said the pain should stop. I knew I didnt have a sinus infection but trusted the professional, got the prescription filled and started taking them.
Tuesday and Wednesday I went to two other dentists, one each day and neither could help me. The one on Wednesday said I needed an oral surgeon, and the tooth needed to be cut up in pieces to be pulled, and if it wasnt it would likely break into pieces.
Thursday, Christmas Eve, I woke up in the worst pain of all. I knew I was not going to find an oral surgeon who would accept my insurance and I was afraid of the cost, but at that point I was willing to pay what I thought would be close to a thousand dollars IF I was lucky enough to find an oral surgeon who was open and willing.
I called Dr Desai’s office and I was amazed to hear a live person on the other end. I asked if they had an opening and they said yes. I asked if they had happy gas, Nitrous Oxide, and they said yes. I scheduled the appointment and came in a couple hours later.
On the first visit the office staff was very friendly, and answered all my questions and concerns. XRays were a breeze as they have the panoramic machine, no biting on this or that, it was simple. When I got into the chair I began to get even more nervous. The dentist came in and introduced himself and I immediately felt a sense of ease, i told him that I brought my pain medication but hadnt taken it because I didnt know if it would react with anything he was giving. I asked if I could take one and he said yes but only if I had someone driving me home. I really appreciated that. He talked to me and looked at my mouth. He allowed me to ask every question I wanted to and I never felt rushed. I explained my nervousness. I remember asking if he was fast, because my tooth needed to be extracted. His answer was that it wasnt about him, it was about me and my level of comfort, that he would work within my comfort. That was the exact answer I needed. I signed consent and we started with the shots to numb my mouth. I was so scared. He explained that this was going to be the hardest part. During the numbing he kept asking if I was ok, and making sure I was ok. I was left alone for about 10 minutes and when he came back they put the happy gas on me.
I started feeling the gas and he explained that he was going to check if I was numb enough. I could hear him «digging» around but felt absolutely no pain. I felt him rocking my jaw but before I realized that he was pulling my tooth he had it out. ALL IN ONE PIECE! It was out within seconds, no pressure, no pain, no nothing. I immediately started crying and told Dr Desai that I loved him. HAHA! I was so relieved. He put a single stitch in and I was done. He told me to continue my pain meds as needed and my antibiotics that were already prescribed. I walked into the waiting area and called my ride. The office staff had my brother come up to the office to get me to ensure that I did have a driver and was safe, which I had so much respect for.
Today I returned to the office to have a stitch removed that was placed on Christmas Eve. I didnt have a sitter for my two young kids and brought them with me in a stroller. I was in the office 5 minutes total and they were very friendly to my kids.
The great part too is that this extraction did not break the bank. It was less than HALF of what I thought it was going to be and I paid extra for the laughing gas because I was so afraid. I think Dr. Desai has helped me with my fear of the dentist and I am forever grateful!

Friendly professional staff who only care about your well being. I’ve always avoided the dentist, and because of that it took a toll on my teeth. Now I need plenty of work done but really honestly Dr. Desai and his staff have made me the most comfortable I’ve ever been in a dentists chair. They put me at ease and promised me it wouldn’t hurt. (They even let me watch Netflix with headphones to drown out the sound of the drill) In the end they kept their promise. No pain. None. My teeth are already significantly better and I couldn’t be more grateful. He’s helpful and honest with his work. If it doesn’t work he doesn’t charge you and gives you honest reccomendations on what your better options are. He’s literally the best and I will probably not go anywhere else. Thank you so much Dr. Desai and thank you to his staff for being just as caring and understanding with probably the world most apprehensive patient.

Very friendly staff and made me feel very comfortable! I was running a little late today for my appointment and Marlene was very understanding. Dr Desai is very professional and really cares! I couldn’t stay long to get my filling replaced, so I made another appt. he did not pressure me in any way to get it done then and there. He always answers my questions with a smile! Great dentist to go to. I highly recommend!

This review was way overdue. If someone is looking for a great and a professional service, definitely need to consider Dr Sachin. Before scheduling an appt with Dr Sachin I have only had bad experiences with dental offices. I can’t be more happier of transferring my entire family to Dr Sachin’ office since 2013. Not only the quality of his work is great, but also he’s such an honest dentist. Dr. Sachin doesn’t recommend a procedure if not necessary and will discuss it with you. I love going to the dentist, not only because he’s taking great care of my family but also because of the amazing staff in his office. Everyone is so wonderful and personal. I like Dr. Desai’s office, he staff is always so friendly and have smiles on their faces. I was afraid of going to the dentist for years after a bad experience with another group and Dr. Desai’s staff including him was very patient and welcoming to help me little by little get over my fear. His procedures are very fast and done right.

I’ve been coming to Dr Desai for years… He is the best and most companionate Dentist I’ve ever been to. I have to young boys who have never feared coming to Dr Desai. My husband also comes here and thinks he’s the best he’s ever been to also. The staff is extremity nice!!! Always a VERY pleasant experience!!!

Dr. Desai is EXTREMELY patient. I’m positive I’m up there on list of terrible patients. I don’t have a high tolerance for pain. The dentist used to terrify me. When it was time to get my wisdom teeth taken out, Dr. Desai was very understanding and waited until I was ready. The second 2 wisdom teeth he recommended I bring earphones to play music. That made such a difference and I wasn’t scared. Marleen is very helpful and sweet. I really like how they send text reminders about your appointments. Now I have Six Month Smiles (braces) and it has only been 5 months. Each month I can tell a huge difference. I will never change dentists!

This is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. I reviewed it first on Unilocal and it lives up to it’s reputation. Dr. Sachin session is awesome. Quick, almost no pain, and lasting results. Oh, and very affordable. Love this place and it’s staff. Thanks guys

Awesome experience with my braces you dealt with all my concerns when it dealt with timeframes to get my front gap closed others told me 1 – 2 yrs and you did it in 7mths. Back to a great smile.

Amazing amazing amazing!!! From the ladies in the front to the dental assistants to the dentist himself they r all amazing. The office has a warm welcoming atmosphere when you first walk in (not to mention it smells great too) After many bad experiences with other dentists I decided to try another dentist and I’m sure glad I found this place. The 1^st time I was there I had an anxiety attack and everyone was so great. Dr. Desai and his assistant literally sat with me until I felt better (which was quite a while). They truly showed that they care for there patients. We decided not to do any work that day and they let me stay until I felt better. Even walked me to my car. Next day I was called and even texted to make sure I was doing ok. What other office do you know that would do that??? None that I have ever been in contact with. Came in again today and everything was perfect. Did my cleaning and 2 temp crowns with minimal pain and will be back in a couple weeks to finish up. Again I can’t thank you enough Dr. Desai and your staff. I’m more than thrilled to have found you guys!!!

Great service. Everyone is polite and friendly. Dr. Desai does excellent work. He is concerned about patient comfort and has high standards. I recommend him for root canal, crowns, and bridges. Good results and follow up.

I have been a patient of Dr. Desai for about 2 years. For years I have jumped from dentist to dentist, due to a fear and awful experiences in past. Dr. assured me he understood, was calming and helped me by going at my pace! Each time, with major repair needed, he took his time and worked with my anxiety.
