History

Established in 2006.

In 2006, long-​time friends Bruce Lamarche and Walter Clayton opened R&B Reverse Mortgage Services located in Glendora, CA. Walt and Bruce brought their expertise in the real estate and loan markets to the aid of seniors in their community.

Since then, they have expanded their services to include a wide range of loan products while remaining dedicated to their original mission.

Business Owner

Walter Clayton has over two decades of experience in the Los Angeles County real estate business. He earned his Broker’s license in 2009, obtained his California Real Estate License in 1995, and his Estate Appraiser Certificate in 1988. Prior to his career in appraising, Walter

was a successful General License Contractor for many years. As a Certified Senior Advisor, he understand the issues seniors face today. Walter’s expertise in home evaluation (both in terms of market pricing and structural quality) combined with his extensive knowledge of loan programs place him in a most valuable position to assist his clients in all their loan needs.
