Yup! This is the place to stay… Friendly, clean, wifi that actually works, vey nice room and reasonably priced.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for New Year’s Eve because we had a wedding that evening in the area. Upon reading the other reviews, we felt this one seemed the nicest and cleanest, and it truly was! We were extremely impressed by how clean it was and the décor made it look nice and modern. Basic, but perfect for needing a place to sleep. Highly recommend it!

I’ve driven by this motel so many times without noticing it but when I needed a cheap place to stay for a concert that was in town this place couldn’t be beat.
$ 80 for a night is a steal in this area on a weekend. King sized bed, air conditioning, fridge, microwave, parking, tv, wifi, large room and bathroom what more could you ask for? This motel was better then some of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in on the inside. Also looks like this place fills up quickly so booking in advance is a must. Our room was in the back of the complex away from the street which was perfect.
Service was good, friendly and prompt. Checking in and out was super easy.
Also I was grateful for the location, close to many restaurants and liquor stores it’s perfect for grubbing and getting your «party on» like we did after the concert. I would totally recommend this place, don’t get hung up on the fact that it’s a motel because for the price it really was worth it.

Wow! I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay here wished we could’ve of stayed here longer. My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this motel very clean and quite we enjoyed the jacuzzi suite it was very relaxing and the landscaping is beautiful and Maria (staff) was very sweet and accommodating we will definitely be returning soon ;)

Well I was a little dubious about our stay, even though the Unilocal reviews were very positive about this place. I tried to check rates and book a room on their web site. It doesn’t work. The I tried to call direct and about the third try a non-​english speaking woman who was apparently holding a very unhappy baby answered the phone. No luck there either. I finally used one of those 3^rd party booking sites. I don’t like to use those because your cancellation options are usually limited. But the location was perfect for this trip and the reviews were good so we decided to try it. When we pulled in I couldn’t find the entrance to the office because there isn’t an office. Finally someone came to the «ticket window» and I slid my card thru the slot in the glass and collected my key and free wi-​fi code.
What we found was a clean and well maintained old route 66 motor court. Tropical looking plants feature prominently on the grounds creating a unique and very private atmosphere. Most of the rooms have adjacent covered parking although I didn’t try to squeeze our ¾ ton crew cab into one. And while the room wasn’t perfect it is obvious they do not let things go unattended here. It was clean, comfortable and worked out well for our trip. If they had been easier to contact I would have given them four stars.

I cannot begin to describe how amazing this place is. we can into town not know anything of this area tired and sleepy I decided to check on Unilocal to see the best hotels on a budget. well this place was like a answer to our prayers
. Not only was it cheap. it is more bang for your buck we decided on a king size bed

This place is a diamond in the rough, can’t recommend it enough! Good wifi (just needed to connect it a few times), amazing air conditioning, huge room, shower was nicely sized, there was working CABLE TELEVISION, a functional fridge and microwave IN-​ROOM, and bathroom overall was pretty big! The staff was very welcoming and great with checking us in. They also scored us an extra hour for check out time since my flight home isn’t until later. Tonight is my last night staying but upon my next visit to this area, you bet your ass I’m staying here again.

Room had an odd smell to it.
Like they used a deodorizer possibly to hide cigarette smoke.
It was a non-​smoking room.
However the place is well kept.
You can have lunch and dinner next door at The Hat.

My husband and I spent one night here this week. The room was clean, neat, and Larger than most rooms in this type of establishment. It actually looked like it might have been recently painted and new carpeting and linens! The motel was quiet and nicely maintained. I’d recommend it as a decent, well-​priced room to stay in!

WOW!!! My husand Jay and I stayed at Palm Tropics Motel and it was the best from the very 1^st day we got to the motel. It is a quiet and adorable place to stay with such gorgeous tropical landscape. The staff was very helpful and friendly and at the same time gave us our privacy. This is a motel we would love to keep a secret to ourselves but we just had to share what a great place this is to stay and very reasonable room rates too. We highly recommend this motel!!!

I stayed here with a friend last weekend for a night last minute and it was great! The room was very clean and welcoming. It even had a couch and table, along with a desk, tv, bed (duh), fridge, microwave, and a spacious bathroom. The only compliant was when I turned on the tv, it was on a porn channel and it took me forever to figure out how to change it to the normal tv! But other than that, it was great. Good rate.

I stayed here for 4 days last month, and I have to say this place is well taken care of. Nice, clean, quiet and spacious room. The housekeeping, grounds, and desk staff were friendly and helpful. They didn’t mind that I ask to leave an hour and a half later than standard checkout when I mentioned that my flight didn’t leave until later in the the afternoon. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.
