It has been over a year since our beautiful ivory bedroom drapes and Roman shades were installed, and I’m still silently thanking Jackie for giving us exactly what we wanted.
When she and I first met, I was not only ignorant to window coverings, but frugal, fussy, and stubborn. I’d already dismissed five other companies because no one would meet my requirements.
My husband wanted quiet-​glide, black-​out drapes, with one side traveling in both directions to allow in cool air on hot nights. I wanted style… an elegant, contemporary, beach-​look that fit my budget.
Though I was hardly a big ticket customer, Jackie generated numerous choices, patiently encouraged me through months of fretting and vacillation, and just knew that «we’d» get it right.
Jackie’s parents started the company many years ago, and the studio feels like a family owned business. People are welcoming, knowledgeable and seem happy to help. I will gladly use Orly’s again, and recommend them to family and friends.
