One Stop Mail Center

Great customer service! I am being notified when I have mail and when a package has arrived, along with the tracking number. This is something that I did not experience at my other mailbox service. Keep up the good work.

The Guys here are great! Always super friendly and helpful and I like that they will tape your package for you and not make you buy a roll of tape. I shipped a package from an Ebay sale and the estimated shipping was incorrect. They helped me save over $ 20 and fit my item in a box ninja style :) to help me save on shipping. Very considerate and great customer service. Nice to have businesses like this in our community

One Stop in Glendora is awesome! Their employee helped me return a cell phone to a phone carrier for a rebate. Then, when the carrier said they had not received the phone, I went back to One Stop. Their employee, same one that initially shipped it, looked up the package and found the carrier just received the phone. One Stop made my mailing fast, friendly and efficient! Thank you, One Stop!

I just want to say the guys at one stop mail center took care of address and packaging. No forms no pens. Just awesome customer service.

New owners, definitely a breath of fresh air from previous owner (s)! Super friendly and helpful! Got some business cards done and they were excellent! Fast turnaround time as well and no one beat their prices! Definitely a one stop shop for your mail and printing needs… I will be sending customers their way for sure, very appreciative of the service I recently received and wanted to share my experience.

I’ve had a mailbox here for long time. New owner named Jared Spencer. I needed some business cards, he was very helpful. Card were the best I’ve had done. Great quality, price below vistaprint. He has added some new services, truly a one stop shop, for shipping, printing, etc. I met his brother who is also very friendly. They should do well, very service minded. Unilocal information needs to show new owners.

So, I went to this store on a holiday weekday (presidents day). I went to drop off a pre-​paid fedex package. This is actually my second time using this place on a holiday during the week. First off, the owner (guy) is rude and seems unhappy all the time. Being this is my second time for a drop-​off, this guy seems to be pissed off your dropping your package off at his location. So, I just keep my mouth shut. The owner will not even handle your package, he points, and your are required to place your own packages on a cart. Last two times the cart was full, so I had to rearrange the boxes so it would fit. The owner gives me a dirty look, but all I was trying to do was fit all of the packages in a nice organized manner.
Again, the owner also makes you feel like your not welcome just because you are dropping off a package, instead of spending money at his location. If the owner feels like that, then he is in the wrong business. I could possibly be a future customer, but now the owner will not get my business. He shouldn’t even list his business on Fedex & UPS, as a drop off location. In fact, he shouldn’t even be in the business of dealing with customers. I have walked in where he is attending customers and the guy just doesn’t seem to smile, what a grumpy person. The stock photo above, that shows the owners smiling is probably the only time he has smiled. I doubt the owner has ever smiled.
Apparently, I’m not the only one. I was talking to my dad the other day, and he mentioned to me how a business associate who lives in glendora was looking for a location to ship out a package. I told him to go to this place, but be careful the guy is grumpy. So, what surprised me is that my dad’s business associate, also avoided this place because of the terrible treatment towards their customers. So, I’m glad I’m not dreaming this… I actually go to another location and I love it there, but you will never see me at this location again!

I’ve been in a few situations where I needed a notary and found them easy to work with. I like supporting small town businesses and hard-​working folks. I will definitely go there again!

They really do everything here. From shipping to copies to a notary. I use them whenever we have to ship something for work. They are way quicker than the Glendora Post Office and they don’t make mistakes and they run a tight ship.
But I think that their picture was photoshopped because that smile on the old guy in the picture is something that I have never seen. In fact, I don’t think that guy can smile cause he is one serious grouch.
