Wow. As a general rule, I try to follow the «if you don’t have anything nice to say…» guideline when it comes to Unilocaling. But sometimes, I feel the pull to make a PSA.
Let me start with the one good thing about this office (and which warranted the one star), and that was that the phlebotomist who drew my blood did not leave any scar or unusual pain to deal with. That might be all that’s important to some of you and if so, I totally get it. And you should come here if it’s convenient (which is why I did). It’s like going to a great doctor who employs a terrible front desk staff. What’s important, right?
The rest is all downhill.
As other Unilocalers have mentioned, it’s pretty clear most of the staff working here do not see it as their «calling» (to put it nicely). For anyone in the medical field, please choose another career path if you loathe dealing with people so much. Really. PLEASE.
Patients who have to use your facility are typically coming in under some unnerving circumstances… anything on the spectrum from total wuss/​scared of needles kind of anxiety to… trying to uncover a possible life threatening/​game changing ordeal.
The last thing these folks need is to be treated as though they are being an immense bother to you.
Furthermore, please learn the value of respecting individual privacy. I’m still trying to wrap my head around the staff having a very personal convo with me in front of other patients.
I came here because its closest. I came here a second time… different day, different staff, same experience. I’ll be traveling a bit further next time I need lab work done.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I try to be understandable with every business review I write but this is just ridiculous.
I came here today to get my blood work & I had a lady help me, she was Indian &
Just didn’t know how to treat customers!
Before she started I asked if she could do the butterfly needle because I hate needles. She RUDELY Responded with a STATEMENT (not a question) saying «why».
I responded with «because I’m afraid of needles and I feel more COMFORTABLE with the butterfly needle.
She said «butterfly needle make it show. I do big needle for faster»
This time, with attitude I said «No, I WANT the butterfly needle. I am a customer and that’s what makes me feel comfortable»
She responds with a sigh and says OK.
— DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME OR MONEY HERE.
* and one more thing: when you do the urine test, they DONT GIVE YOU a bag to put the urine sample in. They just give you the little container and that’s all. HOW UNSANITARY!
Go to the one in San Dimas, they’re professional there.
MY CHRISTMAS PRESENT WILL BE FOR THIS PLACE TO CLOSE DOWN. THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL WITH CLIENTS WHO DONT LIKE LAB WORK.

15 mins after the Indian lady put that bandaid wrap after I got my blood work, I noticed my pinky and fingers started to feel numb.
I came home only to find myself pink where she had wrapped it too tight (pictures).
So unpleasant & very unprofessional!
SHE NEEDS TO LEARN CLIENTS CONCERNS AND ANOTHER JOB THAT DOES NOT INVOLVE DEALING WITH PEOPLE!!!

Now that I have to come in more often, I can say all the employees are very courteous and the best time to come is mid day during the week, if you can finangle it.

I usually go to quest, but my new doctor wrote the order on a labcorp form so I went there. Wait time was ok (Thursday morning with no appointment waited about 40 min). Place was really open so there was no privacy. It was dirty, considering the techs would go from patient to patient or front desk, back and forth drawing blood or entering insurance in the computer then answer phones. There were no sinks and I never saw any one wash hands, not even once. And I saw about 20 patients come and go. They put on gloves touch everything, then get and alcohol wipe with one quick swipe «clean» the skin… then use the glove to feel for the vein… bad bad bad. So gross. And no one had me check my personal information to be sure it was correct (something I guess I got used to at quest) I will not be going to a labcorp again. Quest is much cleaner, more professional, even their website was easier to make an appointment.

SOOO many patients, come early or else. Rude receptionists. The wait is an hour or more, so plan your work or personal time around this, or make an appointment.

Best word to describe this lab… RUDE!

They moved to a new location. My wife went today. She said Britney was nice but there was another girl that was disrespectedful. 15 people in the waiting room a girl walks in and is allowed to jump in front of everyone else. The labcorp employee whispers” it’s okay this people are half dead anyway, they can’t hear”. 2 Customers called the labcorp corporate office and complained. Yes, my wife was one of them the other person is a Vietnam Veteran.

Let me start off saying that I’m a fair person. I write my reviews with an open mind.
This LabCorp was a dump! The carpeting had so many stains, that I thought it was designed that way. But, alas, no such luck! My imagination went haywire. What could possibly be the cause of all these stains, whether it was in the waiting room or in the area where the office staff was working. Was it urine spillage? could it be blood? Just disgusting. I did not want to touch anything or sit anywhere, it was that gross! Now, the reception staff, the lady with black hair and eye glasses, extremely rude. Did not respond to my «Good Morning». No greetings, just stern face and like a prison warden yelling out demands.
One positive thing was that without an appointment they took me in.
Second positive thing, parking was plenty on a weekday early a.m.

It’s tiny, but I’ve had good luck with this place.
I’ve managed to skate in here with my friend and have happy people behind the counter.
And there is either no people waiting or just a couple in front of her.
Soooo, «YES» easy in and easy out.
Same with the needle… Easy in and easy out. Could say that for the blood too.

The wait was crazy, lots of people not enough chairs for the seniors. I called and complain. Will never never come back to this location.

I’ve had blood work done here 3 times and I’ve never had a problem. The people working here are nice, and there was no problem drawing my blood. It’s a very small place, I’d suggest making an appt beforehand (even though they take walk ins) because it can be a long wait. I had to wait 40 min without an appt.

Stay away if u value your life. they punched 4 holes before they could find a vein on my mom to draw blood.

The technicians were professional enough but the front office is disorganized at best. The day after I went in, they called to say my samples were unusable and I would need to do the tests again. So I drove all the way out there and took the test again. Then, a month, later they charge me for both sets of tests! Despite my complaints that I should not have to pay for their mistake, they (LabCorp billing) turned a deaf ear and said there was nothing they could do and I would just have to pay for it. I went to complain to the Better Business Bureau and found there were already HUNDREDS of complaints like mine. (Not all in Glendora but all for Labcorp). I will never use LabCorp again.

I was really happy with my time at labcorp. I showed up about 5 min. late. The lady was working with 2 other people. I signed in and sat down. Just a bit later she came to the window and signed me in, found my paperwork and I waited maybe 3 min. before she called me back. She was very nice and made me feel calm (i hate needles) She said I have really small veins but she got it in one stick! Thank God! hehe It didn’t hurt at all and she was fast about it. Very nice, got me in and out of there.

This is the best Labcorp I’ve ever been to. It is quite a drive for me (20 mins), but every time I go, I get in either right away, or within 5 – 10 minutes. I’m a «hard stick», but both of the ladies that work there always get me in one poke. Have had no problems in regards to insurance with them, and they are always very friendly and polite.
I would gladly make the drive for such excellent service.

Disorganized. Asked if I could email information and I was told they had no internet connection. What business has NO internet connection these days? I had an appointment and still waited 20 minutes, I was the only client in the office. Called back next day to confirm something that was on the doctor’s order, they couldn’t find their copy. I’d gone to the Lab Corp office on Green St., in Pasadena and had a good experience but this didn’t compare. Won’t go back here if I can avoid it. On the other hand the phlebotomist was nice, and did a good job, one stick. I left the place not fully trusting that everything was in good hands, and that the orders would be handled and processed accurately. That’s because there was no air of professionalism in the front office.
