Gave it a 5 star because it was done as promised and Antwon was very polite and professional. Found this place here at Unilocal.Both home buttons on my iphone and my son’s ipod touch were not working. Bought the 8 $ voucher for 20 $ credit towards repair one for me and one for my son as a gift. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Their prices are way lower than Apple and the kiosks at the malls. See Antoine you will be very satisfied.

Even though my phone had a software issue that they could by correct the guys there are extremely polite. I will be bringing my patronage back to this place

I fixed my iPhone 6 screen here about 2 months ago for $ 130 and it was fine until I got home and realized the screen wasn’t properly in the frame. I took it back and they said they couldn’t get it to fit because I had «bent» my frame. Reasonable, so I went on with my misplaced screen which worked fine just a little annoying to look at. 2 days ago I dropped it again and the screen began to come out more so I tried to pop it back in place and cracked my screen again.
This time I said I’m gonna do it right and took it to the Apple Store and paid only 110 $ to have the right people do it. They replaced the screen perfectly back in the frame without a problem. Makes me wonder why this place couldn’t and somehow managed to charge me more than an actual Apple repair.
Overall they were nice and friendly and I’m sure most of the time people here would be satisfied. But I feel I may have been lied to a bit in my particular instance.

I have come here to get my iphone repaired and the service is friendly, precise, cost efficient, and fast! I will keep them in mind any time I have phone woes.

Came back to get my iPhone 6 repaired

My second time here. First time brought my daughter to get her screen fixed cause it cracked. It took them 30 minutes to fix. That was fast and cheap. So when my phone got water damaged, I went in to get a price for a phone, got me a Samsung 4! Very happy with the price and the the phone. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone! Woot Woot.

Since they did not email me my receipt it took me 3 times to Unilocal on the right business… I am so embarassed that I got the other 2 companies upset… This is the place that charged me 95 for a shattered screen. when I left the store and went home there was a diagonal crack. When my son and his dad went to another place they found that the crack was caused by glass left in the phone from this place. They refused to give me back my money, never emailed me a receipt and denied their warranty. bad news people. SO sorry to the other Itech express place for naming them first.

I, normally very careful with iPhone but I cracked the screen getting my dog out of the car, the phone hit the concrete hard and even though I hv insurance it would have cost way more just to pay my Assurion insurance. They were very quick and did a great job! I’ve no problems with it since ! iPhone 6 replace screen $ 105.00 iPhone 6 plus 125.00 as I heard them quote a gentleman after me! Totally recommend!

thanks for phone repair, they did a great job fixing my expensive phone, these phones suck without protection, you must buy some armor for these phones, once they fall they break, and when they break you go see these guys, but hopefully you get armor when buying phone FYI

Okay! So let me start out by saying that this is my first review but second time obtaining services from this business. Sooo… I totally shattered my screen yesterday at work. I took it in to iTech repair and RIGHT AWAY they assured me that they had the parts and could completely fix the screen for me!
Everything took just 30 minutes, so I didn’t have to go long without my phone which I was happy about! Totally pleased with this business and I’m so happy that it’s close by.

Be very careful if u decide to get your phone fixed here. They sold me a faulty screen that cracked after 3days. It was faulty because the screen would just start moving on its own, which it never did before i got it replaced. The guy said i had a 30 day warranty if anything went wrong. When i brought it back he did not honor it.

BE VERY CAREFUL of using this service!
I utilized this iTech service a few months ago to repair my cracked iPhone 6 screen. They charged me $ 180 and did an adequate screen replacement. The next week, thru a friend, I found out that the Apple Store was doing screen repairs (for $ 109 for an iPhone 6).
Yesterday I broke my screen again, so I went to the Apple Store for their $ 109 repair! I was informed that because of iTech’s prior screen replacement, Apple would NOT touch my phone! I then was «forced» to go back to iTech for repair; where they charged me $ 145
iTech should inform potential customers that if they work on your device that Apple will no touch you device afterwards. (Even for NON-​warranty work, Apple won’t touch it)

I’ve been here twice, equally satisfying experiences. These guys are cheap, quick, and make sure your phone looks and operates as if you just purchased it. Def my go-​to for broken screens.

Fast and professional service at a fair price. Excellent repair job on my cracked iPhone 5s.

What was supposed to have been a 45-​minute repair for my damaged headphone jack turned into THREE HOURS. Also, when finished, I found right after I left when making a call that my sound that… get this… enables the phone to work as a phone… didn’t work. This was due to one of the springs not properly set back.
The extra star goes for the service — they are attentive and detail-​oriented which was why the repair took so long (the damage was bad). And there were no additional charges for any other problems beyond what I paid for.
Also, I haven’t had any further problems with the audio since my visit.
They are friendly, but there are other places for phone repair in the area that are cheaper and faster.

So so price. Wouldn’t put a new screen saver on phone. Just an ok type business. I’d try someone else next time.

Over charge, didn’t repair phone, and poor service. They litteraly act like they are the only phone repair shop in town. Went right down the street to another spot and much more professional, more options and will work with you.

Good for basic repairs – but lacks some level of customer service.
I took an Iphone and and Ipad to get the screens replaced when they opened in the morning. I specifically asked if it would be ready the same day – I was told «yes,» it would be ready around 3−4pm and they would call me.
Well I had not head anything back 30 minutes before closing, so I called – it was ready. I went to pick the items up – and lo and behold my 4 year old daughter had to go the bathroom. I asked if there was a restroom and was told they were not for customers. I asked if they could make an exception for a little girl. I was told «the owner reviews the tapes and we are not supposed to let anyone use the restroom.» What!!!
Ok fine, but then I get home – of course with a four year old that had to pee I did not get a chance to check out the ipad. The main button on the front was not working anymore!!!
AHHHH – anyways they get the three stars because my husband took it back the next day and they fixed it without any complaints – we got it back a day later. So basically – two and a half days and two round trips after my «one day» repair the ipad was fixed-​at a fair price.

Look, I don’t know anything about tech, so when my daughter cracked her iTouch, a friend recommended this place. I didn;t even know you could repair a cracked screen outside of going to the (ugh) Apple Store, God forbid…
I was in and out of there, same day, it wasn’t cheap. 79.00 for the screen and like 29.00 to «open the phone up». (wish I saw that 8.00 for 20.00 worth of services deal, bummer)
Did I get ripped off? Who knows, but it worked and still cheaper than buying a whole new one.
Its very busy in there at times and a bit unorganized. Very young staff. But very sweet.
When the repair was done, one of the «kids» just gave me the phone and said Thank You, but I hadn’t paid yet. Lucky for them I am an honest woman.
