Hanna Nails and Spa

I recently moved in across the street in the new Avalon apartments. I was looking to find a nail place that I could walk to. I was so pleasantly surprised and happy with the job I had done at Hannas. I was ready to have my acrylics removed because the last job I had done was not good at all. The lady that helped me convinced me not to do them now since it was the holiday season and I would have bumpy nails underneath. She gave me a fill on my acrylics and they are the best I’ve ever had. So thin and so natural looking. I asked her for her name so that I could come back and have her as my regular manicurist. Her name is Van. See you soon Van!

I really like this place. gel manicures are always on point! Pedicure with a callus remover always feel great! I live in upland but come here every time I have a chance. I’m never disappointed!

I have been going to Hanna Nails since they opened. I used to live close by, but then we moved to La Verne. I still keep driving to Glendora because of the quality of work. I did try other nail salons here and there only because sometimes I don’t have time to drive there. However, I haven’t been able to find a nail salon that is close to the house that does good work. So, I will continue to drive to Glendora. My 3 favourites are Stacy, Joy, and Jenny. But I would feel comfortable with anyone there doing my nails. I have never had any problems there. In fact, they are very accommodating when I sometimes need to bring my 10 year old son with me. I get great looking nails with cute and pretty designs that last forever. I have yet to find another nail salon that does the quality work that they do.

Awful place, went in with my daughter to get her eyebrows done and nails filled, she came out saying they ignored her and made her eyebrows too thin and her nails were bloody at the sides

I started coming back here to give them another chance and because it was so close to my house.
I got a gel Manicure by Michelle and she did an amazing job! I let her know that with my work I’m consistently washing my hands and she did her best so they don’t peel! My gel lasted almost 3 weeks!
I highly recommend Michelle!
Overall Salon is clean and well maintained all the employees seem very nice.

I get my nails done by Stacy. She’s very sweet and kind and I think she does an awesome job on my nails. I’m very picky and they have came out exactly how I want them. I actually got referred to her by one of my guests at work that was having dinner with her family and I absolutely fell in love with her pink and white nails. I got a pedi this time and they came out fine and she actually massaged my legs for a while and it felt so wondeful. I was a little upset at first cuz I watched the lady do the girls feet next to me and when she was done she moved her little cart over to me and was about to use the same equipment on my feet that she did hers. I didn’t think she new I was paying attention to her and I had a feeling she was gonna do that so I confronted her and then she took a fresh sterilized package and used that.

I used to love this place. The ladies were never super friendly but ok. Now they seem to only gossip loudly amongst each other and act as if the guests are not there (they never used to do this). I’m not sure if there is new/​less management but it has changed!
In the past couple years, their service & quality have gone way down. I gave them a last chance a week ago & was even more disappointed.
My gel nails were not how I wanted them painted. By the time I realized which polish she was using it was too late (I had a two-​tone nail job). There was nail polish on my skin in the crevices. My tips are already chipping. I won’t be back! (I recommend Glendora Nails & Design down the street.)

After being a regular customer, one of the girls forgot to wear her reading glasses, and butchered my toe. Never again will I ever go back… it’s noisy and very difficult to relax in a setting that has unprofessional screaming woman speaking Vietnamese and rushing the customer out as soon as possible !!!

Been goin here for a couple years for the most part they do a good job but always have to reshape my nails when I get home no matter how many times I say super square. Place is pretty pricey. But after 2 years of loyalty I was late 15 min today. I walk in they all look at me and one barks… we’re closed. I told her I have an appointment and they just stayed staring. No one got up to check books… nothing. so I left and I wont be going back

I use to love this place but the service is awful now they just talk to everyone else but the customers in their language:/

been coming here for about 10 years it’s THEE best nail place EVER!!! Jenny gives the best pedis and Donna and Stacey do the best acrylic nails… it might be a little more pricey than your average nail spot but it’s definitely worth it the quality is just the best!!! I highly recommend this spot.

This place was a recommendation from a friend so I decided to give it a try. I walked in and was not greeted but asked what do I want. Then the lady puts on ONE nail to tell me that a another client with an appt. walked in. So I waited a few minutes then seen again to do my spa pedi & stilleto nail set. She did not put the massage feature on my chair so I did it myself then she also she did not know how to do the stilleto nails. I had asked her if she knew and said yes, but in actuality didn’t know and kept messing up. Still trying to relax, told the other lady how to do a pedi as well. Then they both just left. I could not wait to leave to I walked to front and asked for my bill. The lady said how much tip? I said $ 1 each and yelled in Vietnamese and laughing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Those ladies didn’t even deserve a penny. Never again! GOOD RIDDANCE!

A friend of mine has been going to Hanna for the past seven years. Her nails have always looked great and sometimes had such interesting artwork as snowmen, flags and fireworks. So I decided to try it out.
I have been going for about four months now. Every three weeks a manicure and pedicure. Only once did I have a problem when I broke one of the nails (not their fault was doing physical labor) and the next day I had it repaired for no cost.

I decided to try this place after seeing a friend of mine check-​in on FB. My sister and I got pedicures and gel manicures. We were not satisfied with the quality. My sister had to have two of the nails redone because the gel seemed to be melting away. Her other nails had very visible swirly lines. My French tip gel manicure had specs of dirt and clumps. I also noticed that the ladies did not sanitize the tubs but simply just rinsed them off with their hands. I paid $ 51 for a French gel manicure and a pedicure with callus treatment. Pretty pricey! I will never go there again.

Hana Nails in Glendora is the best. I’ve been going there for about 4 years and I’m never disappointed. Dona does my pedi and acrylic nails. MiMi does my daughter’s and we get out on time we are never in a rush and really all the ladies are so nice and do a great job.

Love this place! They are quick if you go in for pedi/​mani and take anyone.
They’re all good and sweet. I love going here. The chairs are comfy, massage and everything is VERY CLEAN. A Big plus for me.
I have gone a few times so far, the past 6 months and highly recommend it.

Love this place. They do the best Pedicures & Nails around!

I’m not impressed. I have been here a few times, hoping that it will be as nice as the first time I went. The first time I went to Hanna the people were very attentive and friendly. They did an excellent job and my nails lasted a while. They last few times I have been there the shop is over crowded and they definitely try to push you out the door asap. The service isn’t as good either.

This is not my regular nail place, but I decided to try it since it’s in walking to my house. I totally felt like I was cheating on my regular girls though. In any case, it’s a full service saloon of nails, waxing, and spa treatments. There’s about 6 spa chairs and enough manicurist to cover them.
I got a spa pedi ($ 16) and an eyebrow wax ($ 8). The spa pedi is actually cheaper than what I normally pay at my place. They did a good job on my cuticles and they polished my toes well… no signs of early polish decay, which is my pet peeve! They also have that ultra violet light that’s like a table and you can sit there and let your nails dry completely before you go home. I hate smearing my pedi when it’s new… such a hassle to get it re-​done!
The only downfall for me is that the ladies who go there are a lil snooty n la-ta-taddy…not cool. But, as long as I have my earphones so i can listen to Pandora on my phone and close my eyes… I’m GOOD!!!
