I had a mole removed in Rancho 2 weeks ago. They were very nice & the facility was very clean. I felt as if they really did not care the reason I was there. Told me what they were going to do & all the other things they were going to do. I told them I didn’t want anything done except for my mole to be looked at. They came back with a authorization sheet for me to sign & pay. ALL THE THINGS I SAID I DID NOT WANT THEY HAD ADDED. I explained AGAIN didn’t want them, they spent more time trying to convince me what I needed than making me feel comfortable about my bleeding mole. They removed the mole from my face & they did a fabulous job. VERY VERY LITTLE mark, which will probably fade in time. I then went to the office in Glendora to get my results & all is good. They too didn’t care why I was there tried to have other things done. Not even asking me just telling the nurse to go out & get stuff to freeze my freckles. I said no I have some where to be. I felt as if they only wanted to up sale me on everything. They have trained everyone very well how to be a pesty car salesman. Very sad, I guess this is what happens when they take advantage of people. Mine was medical not for looks, they did not care at all, only wanted to make a buck of me.

Zero stars earned, but couldn’t post unless I gave 1 star. Son has rarely been seen by Dr. Sidhu at this place although appointments are made to see the Doctor. After scheduling an appointment to specifically see Dr. Sidhu, I call the morning of the appointment to ensure Dr. Sidhu will see me son and I am told Dr. Sidhu would see him. Low and behold, there is a 35 minute wait past our appointment time, but we patiently wait because I verified we would be seen by Dr. Sidhu. We are called to the exam room only to be told a PA would see us. I left and was refunded my co-​pay. There went an hour out of my day and my son’s day.

Always a positive experience when we go here! All of the girls love my cute little toddler and say hi, they are prompt in returning voicemails and scheduling appts! I appreciate the great service!

Yesterday I had my first appointment here. Every time I go to a new doctors office I am very skeptical of what I’m not familiar with. The office is easy to find, in a great area, and aside from that, it’s beautiful! I’ve never been to an office that can mix medical with cozy & class. The staff was amazing and very sensitive to my needs, and their positive attitude goes a long way! The PA I met with was knowledgable and listened to my concerns. She was very straight forward with my treatment and had answers for all of my questions. I got referred to their esthetician upstairs, Denise, who was by far the best I’ve been to. She was spunky, honest and a joy to be around. She definitely lightened my spirits. She did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. All around, this office is very well rounded and professional. I highly recommend this office for any dermatological needs!

Good experiences here. It’s nice even with a little wait with the comfortable waiting room. Glad to have finally found a dermatologist that is actually helping. Thanks!

I have been coming here for years. I started coming here back in 2010 after getting tired of wasting my money and time through other dermatologists/​skin care centers. It was all luck actually. It took me 3 years of going through BS facilities before i got referred to Dr. Sidhu and his esthetician Denise. With the expertise of both aforementioned professionals, my skin problems finally got resolved. I used to come here at least twice a month in the beginning because i needed an aggressive approach to my skin problem but now i only come here once every 3 – 4 mos for maintenance. My skin is now looking great! On top off the great results that you will achieve through their years of expertise and excellence, FDMC also offers a very nice, upscale facility with great staff such as their receptionists. I highly highly highly recommend FDMC. If you have been suffering from any type of skin issue please do yourself a favor and make your trip here. I don’t know where to begin! The experience I had was exceptional. My family has a history of skin cancer. I was a little chicken to go in, so I sent my dad in. LOL. My dad saw Dr. Sidhu and one of his PA’s. They did such a thorough skin check it amazed me. I have been taking my dad to other derms and they never bothered to really look. It seems to me these guys specialize in senior patients. The waiting room is full of happy old grandmas and grandpas and after taking my dad in I understand why. All of the medical assistants are trained to deal with elderly folks and really care. Actually being polite and helping seniors.
Anyways my dad had 4 biopsies done and 3 out of 4 came out positive for skin cancer. He was scheduled for surgeries and each time Dr. Sidhu and his team made him feel comfortable and did a wonderful job. They kept him at peace and kept me informed. He loves going back there now and even knows some of the girls by there first names. I am not sure if he is flirting! Ha Ha. It’s OK he is almost 90 after all. And mom does not care.
I asked if they accept younger patients. Yes I know my dad is almost 90 and you are thinking how could I be younger. Well I look it, so there. Anyways, Dr. Sidhu really took good care of me. On my visit we did a biopsy and find one atypical mole that the good Dr. said we can follow. I have to admit at first I was upset. And maybe a little rude that they found an atypical mole on me. But my sense of balance kicked in and I thanked them for potentially preventing a melanoma. I want to live a long time.
I feel I am in good hands and will never go anywhere else. More importantly I have found a unique Doctor who is both highly competent and credentialed and actually cares about me.
He like graduated top of his class or something. Most of these types are at academic centers but this guys is right here in Glendora. Whoopee!

This place is horrible. They wanted to biopsy 3 of my moles which other places had thought looked fine (aka they wanted $$$) then they would not return my calls for 3 weeks with the results. I would run from here, fast.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sidhu’s for about eight years and I would never go anywhere else. I have a mild skin condition that was out of control when I was first referred to Dr. Sidhu. Dr. Sidhu was able to diagnose my condition, start treatment, and has been monitoring my condition for several years. My skin has never looked better. Dr. Sidhu is very knowledgeable in all aspects of skin problems and skin care. I find the office to be very clean and organized. The staff is very professional and courteous. I also go to Denise upstairs and she is amazing! My daughter also goes to Denise and her results have been fantastic. If you are looking for a top notch dermatologist in the San Gabriel, this is the place to go!

I have always had the best experience with the staff at Foothill Dermatology Medical Center. I’ve been going to this center for over 3 years and have always been treated with friendliness, courtesy and professionalism. I can’t say anything but the best about Denise who I see every 6 weeks! The 2^nd floor runs smoothly because of her!
This Friday 8÷28÷15 I ran to the center at the very last minute to purchase skin care products for my son to take with him in San Diego. It was running 5 — 6 minutes past 6:00 (closing). The front desk were so accommodating — they allowed me to purchase the product, turned on their already closed computer and register. Throughout the process they were friendly, good sense of humor, we had laughter. Made me feel like family.

I have nothing but good things to say about foothill dermatology! they’re super welcoming and they truly care about their patients. The office is nice and modern and they keep it very clean. Parking is always a breeze! The staff there is absolutely amazing! Also Denise is a sweetheart, she saved my face! I have friends who go there also and they love it! I would definitely recommend them!

Great customer service in the front and back office. Appointments are always on time and Dr. Sidhu is the best. My son has suffered from eczema for years and he’s the only one that has been able to help. Alex is the best lol. :)

I have always gone to the Rancho office and never had an issue, but the Glendora office is horrible. They have canceled my appointment 3 times and when I finally got into have «surgery» to remove a skin cancer spot, they changed the procedure and didn’t even tell me until I was in the room ready to go. The doctor didn’t even come talk to me. So unprofessional. I won’t be going back!

I missed an appointment and when I called to confirm the new date at 4 they couldn’t find me in their system and advise to come in at 3 instead since I was supposed to be seen at 4. So I came at 3:06 signed some papers and waited.
3:30 I asked if I was supposed to be seen at 3 or at my original time 4 o’clock. They said I had 2 people ahead of me and then I’ll be next.
After a couple of people went in to be seen I haven’t been called so at 3:55 I asked again. They said my paperwork has been taken and they are prepping the room.
4:20 I asked once more and they said because of the new system and how many people came in things are a little slow and I’ll be next.
Around 4:45 someone else was called and I was NOT next so I left and got my money back.
TL;DR I waited for almost 2 hours and no one seemed to provide any help to escalate me to the front after repeatedly asking what is going on with my appointment. Probably 6 people that came after me went in before me. ¹⁄₅ would go somewhere else.

I don’t know where to begin with this place. I booked my appointment with them a month prior because of two unusual moles/​spots that appeared on my face. The minute I walked in, I knew I was going to be unhappy.
In regard to receptionists, the gentleman was very kind and joyful. Unfortunately, he was not my first experience at the reception counter. I had originally approached the first person I saw when I walked in, I began to inform her of my appointment — she stopped me mid-​sentence pointed me to the receptionist next to her — «Over there.» What happened to manners?
I didn’t have a long wait, they took me nearly immediately. I informed the assistant of my skin problem, she wrote them down, and exited the room, informing me that someone would be in to see me.
Within a few minutes, Dr. Sidhu’s PA came in and looked at my skin. She leaves to talk to Dr. Sidhu (at least that’s what she told me). When she returned, she informed me that she would need to take a picture of the moles. I expected her to take out some type of business camera, nope. She used her cell phone. Not professional at all. She then let’s me know that she is going to go show the doctor. What the hell kind of doctor does not have 2 minutes to walk in, look at a patient’s face and walk out? Anyway, the PA leaves with her cell phone pictures, and now a different PA enters the room to examine my skin.
She asks me to put on a gown so she can look at the rest of my skin. Before I began to undress, I looked around the room to see if there was somewhere to set my clothing. I’m SO happy I turned around because the blinds were wide open to their parking lot! I took the liberty of closing them myself because the last thing I felt like doing was giving the people in the parking lot a free show.
Being that gown opening was to the back of my body, I found it really awkward to sit down. Why? Because the patient chair in the room DID NOT HAVE ANY TISSUE ON IT. Sorry fellow Unilocalers, I did my best to cover up my butt cheeks, but there’s a pretty good chance that others may have been subjected to the same sanitation issue, resting their uncovered buttcheeks on an uncovered patient chair. When the PA returns, she examines my skin, says it looks fine.
In the end, she says that they will not remove the spot on the end of my nose because it is too small and will leave an unnecessary scar. I made a comment that I have had a spot removed before, roughly around the same area of my nose and I didn’t have any obvious scarring. In regard the spot on the side of my nose, she said that it would be an unnecessary scar as well, and that we should monitor it. She told ME to choose what to do! I’m not a doctor, I do NOT know what a dangerous mole looks like, why the hell are they asking me? The PA seemed to really push that it would leave a scar on my face (Or is it possible that they just aren’t careful when removing these? The last time I had a mole removed from my face, there was NO SCAR after it healed). She decided to schedule a follow up appointment 6 months from now so that it could be monitored.
I really felt uncomfortable during this whole experience, especially since I never actually saw Dr. Sidhu while I was there.
The entire appointment was unprofessional, unsanitary, and a waste of time. I will seek a second opinion elsewhere.

I love this dermatology facility! The office staff is so friendly and very helpful! I love the last PA Dr I seen! She really listens to my concerns and helps in every way! I have acne and she prescribe an awesome medication that does not make a feel sick! Also she recommend me to see Denise upstairs for chemical peel! Denise is awesome! I love it there and I never wait more than 10 – 15 minutes to be seen! The best dermatologist I’ve seen!

This doctor and staff is a scam. They double charge my insurance co after they did the same procedure twice on the same area, they told me sometimes they have to do several different procedures to the same area to get everything. I still have the same spots today as they were when I walked in the first time. Make sure you don’t purchase the crème of their’s they recommend, a little jar for $ 135.00, I was a sucker don’t you be one. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Outstanding atmosphere of caring and professionalism. I had a procedure/​minor skin surgery and the staff is incredible.

Brought my 2 year old to Dr Sidhu because I was referred to him from a couple family members and friends.
I brought my baby in to treat her excema and baby acne. We was really experienced and knew exactly what it was and how to treat it the safest way possible!
I highly recommend
