Fee Simple Escrow was formed with the intent to provide better escrow services for real estate transactions. As real estate professionals and investors, we see the need for a more efficient escrow process with the aim of simplifying the escrow process for all parties involved in a real estate transaction.

Hi, my name is Mike Rich. I am the Client Relations Manager here at Fee Simple Escrow. I have been a local resident in Glendora for the past 10 years and love this City. That being said I love even more being able to service the people in and around Glendora. Getting to work downtown is a dream as the atmosphere is beautiful and attracts everyone around to it. I was very impressed with the service recently received at Fee Simple Escrow (Margaret & Mike)! Margaret kept me updated throughout my transaction and showed excellent follow up, attention to detail and urgency! Margaret seamlessly communicated with not only me, but also two different loan officers and another escrow company to facilitate the closing of 3 transactions. I really appreciated feeling as if I was an important, valued client, which is often rare with escrow companies. We had an on time, smooth closing and my closing package was hand delivered to me by Mike within hours of closing, that is what I call top notch service!
