CrossFit Glendora

Hands down the best Crossfit gym I’ve been too. The coaches are fantastic, the people are all great and there definitely is a feeling of community and family at this location. I would reckoned anyone that is planning on or even thinking about Crossfit to join this gym. The coaches go out of their way to make sure you are doing things correctly and all the other crossfitters will encourage you to no end!

This is such an incredible place! I have been coming for several months and I love it.
The coaches are phenomenal and really care about your technique and form. This is important because while we all want to get in shape, getting hurt while trying to do that won’t help.
I also enjoy not having to come up with a routine or trying to think about what to do day to day. There is a planned workout in place for everyone and you just show up, knock it out and go home!
Last but not least is the atmosphere. Everyone encourages one another and motivates each other during the workout.
By the way, if you are starting from «zero» not ever trying CrossFit or haven’t worked out in a long time, don’t let that stop you. You can modify the workout and take baby steps towards progress.

I love this gym. I never thought I would’ve ever joined Crossfit, best decision I have ever made. Being a new mom, I was looking for something to help me get back in shape. This place has helped me achieve my fitness goals. I’m so happy with my result. They also have the best coaches!

You won’t find a better box! I was nervous to start cross fit a few years ago because of the stigma some gyms had and the fact that the athletes were so fit– I didn’t think I’d be able to do half of what they did. GCF was so warm and welcoming I couldn’t help but to stick around. You won’t find a better gym more focused on helping you perform at your best, reach your goals, and all while making sure you have proper form and technique so that injuries don’t happen. The coaches are fantastic, focused on safety, and all train as well. I’m so happy here!

Couldn’t ask for a better community of people who want to encourage each other to be the best they can be!

Crossfit Glendora is an outstanding gym. The trainers are great in that they actually train. Workouts are purposefully written to help you develop and reach your fitness goals. It’s a very positive and comfortable environment in which to workout. I love this gym, you will not find many gyms like this.

I had visited CFG a few times since they first opened and always had a great experience. Well, I finally took the plunge and joined earlier this week. I’ve been a member and have visited a few other CrossFit gyms in the past, but I have to say that I am very impressed with CFG so far.
The trainers are very knowledgeable and attentive. They provide detailed instruction for each of the movements and make an effort to provide feedback to each member of the class. There was also an effort to acknowledge each individual during the workout, which is not something I have experienced at other gyms. The facility itself is well taken care of and the equipment is organized and clean! Love the use of Wodify to check-​in and track workouts.
The members are very friendly and it is a great environment! I would definitely recommend CFG to anyone who is contemplating joining a CrossFit community!

First time here today. Natalie does a great yoga session and then we stayed for an hour of open gym. Staff very good and attentive. Saw Mark and Lexi doing their own workouts too! No heat in the gym like normal with most boxes. Very clean and fresh

Staff are all great and the clientele is very wholesome! THE FACILITY IS THE BEST! I’ve visited a lot of CF gyms with equally great staff & members, but CFG just nailed it in terms of floor layout, equipment, setup, etc. It’s very accommodating, clean-​cut, and has a very sensible «flow»

Hands down the best programming in the area! The workouts are challenging, without beating you up. The coaches make an emphasis on teaching correct technique to all the customers. I started at another local box and left after a few months because the coaches didn’t ever correct form or have any concern for safety. I’m so glad I ended up at Glendora! I have great friends and have improved as an athlete!

My husband joined 6 months ago and now looks absolutely amazing. Not only does he look good but has made a ton of new friends. I joined 3 weeks ago and love it. Not only is EVERYONE super nice and encouraging but the coaches are always helpful to to answer questions and make sure you are using good form. We love Crossfit Glendora!

Starting at a new gym can be a bit scary and overwhelming, but not with Crossfit Glendora. From the moment I stepped into the gym, I was greeted by not only the coach working at that time, but from actual gym members. Everyone went out of their way to introduce themselves and make me feel welcome. It was in that moment that I realized, this was the place for me. Not only do I look foward to going to the box everday to get my workout in, but I equally enjoy the people I am surrounded by and the constant encouragement to keep on pushing.
