It used to be better, but the hookas are not that good and it got too expensive. And the service is whatever. The workers are very nice but management is not too good. They try to save and lag on coals.

So we were in the mood to smoke Hooka. The only place I know is far away. So we looked up places to go smoke. This place came up which is funny cause We driven by it so many times thinking it was just a coffee house. So we decide to give it a try. There’s plenty of parking in the back. The hooka is only smoked outdoors. I know some places have inside sitting. This one didn’t. Anyways we get there around 8 ish mind you it’s a Friday. There was plenty of outside seat with the heater lamps. The seating was near a busy Main Street. So we go inside and paid. There’s plenty of options of flavors. So we go sit they bring us the hooka and we smoke. The strawberry didn’t really taste like strawberry. It’s an okay spot near by to go chill and have a conversation. We will be going back.

I came to smoke hookah and have lunch. Paid for the hookah and food. Waited 25 minutes for the head to come had to remind them 2 times before they even brought it to me. Food was alright, it took 20 minutes for me to get my food. people that had got there after me received there food before me. I was upset about that. The head must have been made wrong because it was burnt after 20 minutes I asked the waiter about the head he said he would have to charge for another head. I wanted to smoke so I agreed to pay for another head. 20 mins later no head I decided to leave and ask for refund because obviously they forgot to make the head owner tried to be slick and say they were making it already no refund. 10 minutes later got the head same thing happened was burnt after 20 minutes. Never again will I come to this place. If I could I would give 0 stars. They need to make an exception and let you post 0 stars for establishments like this that do not care for customer service and all they care about is getting your money and not carrying if your a satisfied customer. Don’t come here waste of time and money.

I used to go there almost every weekend no problem. Customer service used to always be great. Best place to chill and hangout with family and friends but I guess not anymore. I went last Saturday ordered my hookah and in less that 5 min I got an emergency call and I had to leave. My hookah wasn’t out yet and I didn’t even have a table. I stand in line again to ask for a refund. Owner came to me and said they don’t cancel orders or do refund! Like seriously. I asked him to give me my money back because I didn’t site or have my hookah out. He still said no. And he said see if someone wants it and I said I don’t have anyone that wants it. Left without getting my money back. Used to be a regular but I will never go their again.

Sometimes being a loyal customer doesn’t mean anything to a unappreciative owner. I go to this place everyday, sometimes twice a day. I bring parties of ten or more to have dinner and a good time. But today was a day I realized being a regular doesn’t mean anything. I ordered my regular hookah and it was a windy night so my hookah burned in less than 20 minutes. I asked the hookah server to try my hookah to make sure it’s not just me and he agreed it’s burned because its a windy night or it wasn’t packed correctly. He tried it and agreed, he said he was going to replace it for me. He came back with a embarrassed look on his face saying that I have to repay for another head. At first I felt disrespected. But I knew it wasn’t decision because the owner told him that’s the rules and I respect the rules because I have 3 business myself and I understand that but if my hookah burns in less than 20 minutes because it’s either not packed correctly or its to windy it’s up to the owner produce me another one. Especially if I go there everyday and it’s not my fault. It’s not about the money! It’s the principle! Instead of getting upset I ended up going inside handing the server $ 20 for the second head that I didn’t get and I told him to give it to the owner because money to him is more important than keeping your loyal customers happy. Being business owner I will do whatever it takes to make my customers happy. Plus lately I noticed there have been a lot of changes to the staff and the manager was no longer there. The owner creates to much politics with the staff and the customers. If the manager was there this would of never happened because he appreciated the customers and made sure they had a good experience at all times. The young staff are great and show respect and appreciation unlike the owner. I will never return to this place again or any other of his locations and I will make sure all my family and friends don’t either. And this a response to your comment «Freebies please now your lying and your wrong! I pay for everything! You must be blind because I don’t do that and I think you need check your cameras before you accuse anyone of something like that. Maybe I should expose your business practice but that’s not ethical for me to do that. Keep it professional and admit your mistakes because your bad business practice will catch up to you. Your appreciation for your customers show and it stinks.»

I love the coffee here. You get what you pay for and, to me, it did not disappoint. Will return for my cup of joe!

This spot is always crackin! Every time I drive by it (which is often because my friend lives around here and I go over a lot), it’s always always packed. People are always outside hookah-​ing or chillin, or just doin whatever people it is people do. I haven’t really done that, I’ve only gotten take-​out a couple of times, but it seems like a cool environment to hang out with your friends.
SO. I really like their chicken caesar salad. I know it seems like such a basic thing to order at a place like this, but hey. people need salads. Their chicken caesar comes with NOT croutons, but crispy pita chips! I think that’s my favorite part of the salad lol, it has so much more flavor and texture that way. Croutons are cool. but this is great. Good salad.
I’ve also gotten a couple of their gelatos. MMM not the best I’ve had, in fact some of them can be a lil tooooo sweet, but not bad. Their European cookies flavor (I think) is BOMB. I’d probably come back for that one again.

The guys that bring me hookah are always there with coals when I need them to be! Glendora X20 is the best hookah lounge around, no one compares not even there other locations.

Has some of the best employees, but my favorite without a doubt is CURTIS! His personality is so great! X2O if you ever lose Curtis I will take my business elsewhere! By far THAT BEST EMPLOYEE! Whenever I want to smoke hookah this is definitely my go to place! You will never leave this place without a smile on your face! HASHTAG I LOVE YOU CURTIS

Came here on a Saturday night to hang out with some friends and we all had a great time! The music was awesome total throwbacks too our youth! Lol They have a great desert selection and I couldn’t decide between a carrot cake or gelato but I heard the gelato was great here so I went with it, I’m not quite sure which two flavors I got but I want to say it was English cookie and Nutella? But it was bomb! The service was great too very helpful and attentive staff! I’m totally coming back soon!

Bad hookah and poor customer .
I asked a hookah with no mint cause I am allergic to mint and I had a hookah with mint flavor.

This place is rude and very unprofessional. Whoever giving 5 stars those people friends and family members. If you’re not related to them they treat you as nobody. Customer service zero tolerance. My ex-​fiancé Mike real Arabic name (Anas) barber begged me to remove my previous review because the one of the manager his friend. That being said if you’re not Arab origin you’re screwed. The music they play needs to be updated. You don’t even understand what’s that about since all Arabic and sounds sad. When I posted my unsatisfied review for the first time they tried to just remove it. Nobody in touch with me to resolve the problem. Run run run from this place!

Such a cool spot to hang out on a friday or sat. night. Perfect outdoor seating with heaters and good music. The staff was on point with the service and the vibe was comfortable. Didn’t really know what to get for hookah but i know i wanted to try the apple head, so the staff recommended Code 69, mint, & irish peach. Good Call on the recommendation cause it was Good :)
I also tried the chocolate cheesecake, which was like a round mini cake and not a slice which i thought was super cool. You gotta have it, Delicious. Actually all the desserts looked Amazing.
The only thing i would say is call before you head over, the first time i went a few weeks earlier they were closing EARLY because business was slow. I still wanted to give the place a try because it looked fun, and i am glad i did. i will definitely be back.

One of my fav spots to smoke a great hooka and just chill. It always helps when my boy CONNER always remembers what i smoke and he’s on it right away, that’s the type of people that will make u want to come back. Not to forget about MIKEY who’s top shelf also like CONNER. Friendly people keeps happy customers coming back for more, ZEKE is also top shelf and always working hard. The staff here is absolutely the best on my list. Managment has done a great job to keep this place different from other hooka spots. These are young classy fellas and I have never seen them be disrespectful to anyone. Eveybody is great here. Also the drinks and food u can’t go wrong when u visit them, the Glendora fog tea is delicious. The manager here is doing a great job !!

I was so hungry that I stopped at this place for the first time. It’s a really nice café with seating inside and outside.
I got the gyro sandwich and it was great except for some sort of green stuff that they add to it. This is not my first time having a gyro so I know this item wasn’t your usual.
Other than that the sauce tasted good and their pita bread is soft and think. So delicious.
Now their hummus is to die for! Probably one of the best plain hummus I had in my life!

Summer nights are well spent with friends. This is def a hot spot for people to come by during these semi warm nights. This location has both indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor is mainly for hookah and is also dog friendly (just make sure their leash doesn’t knock down the hookah!). Friday night they were bumping some edm music.
I was a bit hungry when I showed up and I ended up ordering way too much food. They have a few appetizers such as olives, cheeses, and even some soups. They also have tons of desserts to choose from (pastries and gelato) as well as flatbreads, wraps, sandwiches, and pizzas. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, some hummus and an oreo cheesecake. Even though the pepperoni pizza was good, I could totally skip it on my next visits. The hummus was delicious and big enough to share too (I do recommend that). As for the oreo cheesecake, LOVE! It was honestly really good and a nice big chunk of it too. It totally hit the spot for me that day. I do wish it had a bit of crust though but other than that, it was delicious and not overly sweet.
The staff at this location is super easy going, helpful and friendly. When we ordered our hookah, the dude outside came around checking up on our coal. They were easy to talk too also. As for the hookah itself, unfortunately it didn’t do it for me. The flavors we ordered were just not there at all. I would go back though and try a couple other different ones.
Tips:
They do not serve booze here but I was told that the La Verne and Monrovia locations have wine and beer.
