Specialties
We specialize in tax planning and preparation for individuals, trusts, and small businesses. Our individual clients generally have income in excess of $ 75,000 and need our expertise in dealing with the complexities of the tax codes.
Partnership, S-Corporation, C-Corporation and trust tax returns are also prepared by the firm.
Our small business clients range from $ 1 M to $ 50 M in sales, and employ five to five hundred people in the United States. We prepare compilation and review accounting reports for our clients to use with their banks or reporting to shareholders.
We also offer «part-time controller» work for businesses that are growing and need the expertise of a controller, but cannot afford a full time person at this time.
For select clients, we function as an external CFO to prepare financial forecasts, projections, and assist their management team in developing long term objectives and strategies to facilitate their growth and success.
History
Established in 1998.
Mr. Booth comes from a long line of certified public accountants; both his father and grandfather were CPA’s and founded Booth and Booth in 1928. In 1998, Brian founded Booth and Associates to offer small businesses a higher level of consulting and business advisory services. He bought out his father’s firm in 2005, and kept an office in San Marino to service those clients.
Booth and Associates has its main office in Glendora, on historic Route 66. He employs five other accountants to assist with serving client needs. They work as a team to help clients with their tax and accounting problems.
