Finally got a hold of them, and my hopes have been restored

Very happy with service. Have had phone screens fixed, and laptops/​desktops cleaned. Great service.

I tied to contact them twice and could not even leave a voicemail. No one answered and I couldn’t even leave a message. This was all during the work hours that they advertise.

Great service! Got my computer back the next day. Very reasonable rates. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I walked in on a Friday, to have my computer repaired and got it back within 3 days.
I have a very old laptop, and it suddenly shut down — went black. I tried taking it to best buy, but all they wanted to do was charge me a bunch of high priced fees for just looking at the laptop.
I only use the laptop for one program, and figured I would try beyond PC computer repair shop.
As soon as I walked in the door, the guy was very friendly. I told him my problem, and he seemed to know his stuff. He quoted me $ 75 for the job, which was very reasonable in my opinion. I got a call from him 3 days after being fixed, and his original quote was $ 5 more, only because I didn’t realize there was also an issue with the power button. So, of course I agreed. Since pickup, everything is working just fine, no problems. He even cleaned my laptop fan inside for free. You can’t get better service than that. Don’t hesitate to take your computer to these guys.

I am not one would who writes reviews in any social network. This is my first review and wanted to share a very poor experience with John at Beyond PC’s.
I took a brand new WII U for John to work a simple job, remove coins placed inside the drive. Mind you this WI U was just purchased this past 2013 Christmas for our son, not a single scratch and it turned on perfectly even with the job needed. Only job needing was to remove coins form inside the drive. John removed the coins and gave me a blank receipt (no job detail nor the amount I paid him.) He had no way to test his own work. And he returned to me the WII U with scratches all over the console and now WII U shuts off after 1 – 2 min of playing.
After he agreed to revisit the work he had done, several days pass he then later refused to continue further work on the WII U and to buff out the scratches. From there the experience as a customer got worst.
He refused to service the work he agreed on. He refused to give me a detail receipt for the job performed and refused to refund the amount I paid. This reached the point he did not want to give me back «MY: WII U. His level of customer service and lack of education towards customers were demonstrated when John degraded himself to a Piece of Trash. John verbally called me out my name saying to his own customer «Your Acting Like A Little BITCH» because I threaten to call the cops to resolve the issue in getting my product back.

Customers looking to find your valuables repaired, this is not the place. Trust is a factor to keep our valuables in good hands. I recommend if you are looking to repair electronics, don’t go to John at Beyond PC. Call the manufacture to get the service needed instead.
JOHN (Beyond PC’s), word of advice to you. Treat customers with the up most respect. Never call a customer out their name. I really hope customers take my experience into consideration before they come to you.

So I have had a few PC issues in my day and I have had to deal with the Geeks at geek squad with 3 week wait times and most pc repair shops quoting me hundreds of dollars for a $ 40 repair… and thank goodness I came across Beyond PC they are fabulous they know what they are doing they expedite the process and the prices can’t be beat trust me I have done the research and comparison and paid the prices… they get it done without breaking the bank I will never take my PC’s anywhere else I highly recommend Beyond PC

I was having issues with my Xbox 360 (tray wasn’t opening, discs weren’t being read, over heating, etc.) Other places In the area I called were kind of jerks over the phone, and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg just to diagnose the issue (was thinking buying a new one might make more sense that getting this one repaired). I took it here and they diagnosed the problems right away, fixed them, and charged me a very reasonable price. The person I talked to was really courteous and explained everything they did. I had my 360 back in just one day, and it’s been working fine since. I’d very much recommend Beyond PC to anyone.
