B & B Tree Service

A month ago I had a tree removed that was 100 foot high with an 80-​foot canopy which shaded 4 neighboring yards with swimming pools, garages, sheds and patio furniture and no room to lower limbs. I interviewed many companies for the job. Due to the liability of the intricately involved removal some companies did not want the job, some never showed up after several calls and some estimates were so high I needed to float a mortgage for the removal. Then there was B&B Tree Service. B&B was very reasonably priced and came out when he was scheduled. From the time I hired B&B, Bob the owner and his employees were nothing but caring and professional. Bob notified the surrounding neighbors informing them of the upcoming removal, getting any permissions he needed to enter their properties and providing them with the policy proof of insurance. Since there was a crane involved, which reached over two properties, he came out the night before to place cones in the street to reserve the space for the crane. The removal took three and a half hours. The crew raked and blew all the involved properties to the property owner’s satisfaction. When B&B left the site, there wasn’t a branch or leaf to be found. The only evidence of B&B ever being there was, the tree was gone. Please save yourself a lot of time and aggravation, make B&B your first call 856−546−5116. They go above and beyond. We had a stump grinded by b&b. It was right near a cable box so they should have contacted cable company to come out and mark where they cable lines were but they didn’t do that. They grinded the stump and cut through the cable lines. When the cable company contacted us we gave them b&b number to have them take care of their mistake. For a company that annually does between $ 500,000/$ 1,000,000 in revenue you would think they would take responsibility for their actions instead they just ignored it. After many attempts we finally got in touch with them and they basically said they didn’t do it. I personally saw them here doing the work. So now cable company is coming after us for payment. If anyone is thinking about using this company be careful they are crooks. Especially if you pay cash like we did. They will take your money then if anything goes wrong they will bail on you.
