Avalon Glendora

We have lived at Avalon Glendora Community for about two months. We are very pleased with the people in the office. Tyler, Connie, Ashley, Courtney in the office are very helpful and responsive. Matt in service is very good at finishing requests and service follow up. We are so glad we found this as our new home.

Great people here. Front desk is always attentive and helpful. Tyler, Ashley, Courtney, Connie, etc. Dog friendly.
Maintenance is always on point. Jesse is a good dude, he cares. I always see maintenance doing more than i would expect. This facility is quality. Too many amenities to list. Residents are super nice. Dog park, pool, gym, etc etc… I’m moving in haha

My wife and I are starting to love it here.
Pros:
The apartments and common areas are very nice visually.
The gym is one of the best I have seen in an apartment complex.
Cons:
The rent is ridiculously high. The one bedrooms starts right under $ 1900.
I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors do. I am lying in bed right now listening to my upstairs neighbor snoring… What the hell??? I can hear every step their kids make. I’m surprised I haven’t heard their bed squeaking… If you know what I mean. And don’t even get me started on the trains!
Update:
(Management has been super helpful with dealing with the noise. For what I have heard it is only my apartment that has the noise issue probably due to the location. They have gone way out of their way and ordered a white noise machine to help me sleep during the day because I work nights. I doubt another apartment complex would do that. Plus 1 star.)
Extra parking is $ 100 bucks a month. And good luck when people come and visit because there are literally three guest parking spots for the whole community!
Update:
(I was notified today, 10÷22÷15, that there is actually more guest parking available that I was not aware of. I have been having my guest park at the super market across the street. Lol And there is more guest parking in the works after all the construction is done. Plus 1 star)
$ 200 bucks to reserve the rec room and the two guest limit for the pool and grill areas is pretty ridiculous. If we are paying the ridiculous rent we should be able to rent the rec room for free and have at least 4 – 6 guest in the common areas. If they changed this I would give 5 stars.

1 star for more guest parking
And 1 star for helping out with my sleep!

My husband and I moved in just a couple of weeks ago. When we walked into the leasing office we were greeted by friendly staff who really were set on helping us to find a nice place to call home, without any pressure. Our community consultant was Ashlie V. and she took the time to show us the model and the community, although much of it was under construction at that time. We did not sign the lease the same day, but took the time to consider all of our options and when we returned the next day, Ashlie greeted us by name and recalled information that we had discussed the previous day. While it may seem like a small thing, it was very pleasant for us to have this experience, as it really takes some energy to remember someone’s name and details about conversations when you have helped so many others throughout the day. We really appreciated this.
Since we have been in the community we have had to have a few issues attended to. The first night we moved in the light bulb in the light fixture in the kitchen went out. When I attempted to remove the bulb it burst and the bottom of the bulb remained screwed into the fixture. The very next day Jesse (a member of the Avalon Glendora maintenance team) arrived to help us. He was able to remove the remaining glass without issue. He was quick and efficient. Since that day we have had other small issues that have needed to be attended to in the apartment and Jesse has been the one to take care of us. He will phone to give us updates on progress of service requests and will also phone to talk through the issue with us to ensure he is understanding our need before coming to the apartment. Jesse is very professional and friendly, and he is quick and thorough. I really appreciate him and the entire team here. We are very pleased with our choice of apartment community and the amenities offered here at Avalon Glendora are outstanding. Glad to call this place home.

This place is awesome, the gym has every piece of equipment you need for a great workout, the pool area is designed perfectly. Glad to call Avalon Glendora home. It’s walking distance from the grocery store also.

I moved in on July 5^th… since I first came to the leasing office to inquire about the apartments available, I was greeted and treated like a VIP!
Ashlie has been so helpful and so professional. … I downsized from a big house and I thought I would feel strange in the smaller area but on the contrary, I love it here and thanks to Ashlie I am very happy with my new home.
Best decision I ever made!

My husband and I moved in a couple of months ago, and the staff has been nothing but nice to us!!! Stacey is the best!!! :-) We moved from Texas and they helped our transition into our new home very smooth! We love our new place! It also has a nice and fun dog park so I our two dogs can play anytime they want! We are minutes away from the 210 freeway, post office, grocery store, and much more! We love it here!
