These guys just fixed my Camry and did a great job. Juan was very helpful and answered all my questions. Car looks great.

I recently got in an accident and the responsible party’s insurance sent me here. These guys are awesome! With text message updates and personal phone calls, they were incredibly sincere. My car was done before the anticipated date and came out looking better than before.

Someone hit my car and I took it to a few places to get an estimate. This place provided m with new oem parts for my car. Also Cuco was extremely helpful in getting me a rental car I felt
Comfortable with. The receptionist ladies were awesome as well! They made a bad crash experience into a not so bad one !!!

Nope! Some people have different experiences at this place. I would like to point out that while in my courtesy ride shuttle that FORD provided me, there was another lady just as dissatisfied with Avalon as I was and she had MORE than one bad experience. I hadn’t personally picked this place to take my car to and after it has been there I will make sure that it doesn’t go back. A minor issue that led into 5 separate trips that had to be made just to get my car back into the way it should be. Just dissatisfied, even if it cost more to go somewhere else I would recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else to save the hassle.

Great work. They accepted USAA Auto Insurance which was a big plus! I had accidentally messed up the bumper on my 2014 Canry when a light post surprised me while backing out at my apartment complex. I referred my mother here when she had an accident here, she was satisfied with the work so this place is OK with me.

This place was awesome. Great service and very friendly. i really felt they went the extra mile to make sure i knew my business was valued. i almost wanna go crash my car just to have the chance to visit again!

This is the only place I will EVER take my vehicles! I have two vehicles and unfortunately they both have needed to visit Avalon Collision. Whether I was going through insurance or paying out of pocket I had great and timely service! My most recent visit was especially great as I needed to get the car fixed quickly — they promised a dated and met that date.
The customer service is amazing! Juan and Veronica have always kept me update on the status of my vehicle.

This is by far the best body shop I have ever been to! I have now had 3 of my cars serviced for accident repair and for after-​market cosmetic work and I have been satisfied each and every time. Each of my cars have been repaired on time and look great!
My cars have always come back from Avalon in top shape, but what sets this body shop apart for me is their customer service. The receptionists at the front are always friendly and polite, especially Veronica. I always have a million questions for her and she answers them with a reassuring smile and she never takes long to call me back. Juan, the manager, has also been a big help each time I go in. If you ever have questions about prices, insurance, or estimates, Juan is the man!
Even their parking set up is better than other body shops. Other shops I’ve been too are in sketchy areas and have a weird parking lots that are hard to get your car in and out of. Avalon is so easy to get to and the employees will meet you right at their gate to take care of you.
I highly recommend Avalon over any of the competitors.

Was recommended this shop by Geico and will not use them again. First time we returned to pick up our car there were visible gaps where the new bumper met the rear quarter panels. There were also long hairs in the paint. Requested that they try again and repaint. When they finished the repairs the second time, they called us at 5:00 pm on a Friday, telling us we had to pick up the car before closing that night, 5:30 pm, because they were closed for the weekend and would not cover our rental car fees for two additional days after the car was «done». Thankfully Geico resolved this issue.
When we finally did pick up the car on Monday, the repairs seemed satisfactory. But when we got home we found our interior carpet lining and integrated storage bins from the trunk all missing. When we called the shop, they first tried to convince us that we made a mistake, we never had those items in the car. Then, when they finally did locate the missing items, they initially expected us to drive back to the shop a THIRD time to retrieve them. They eventually did deliver them to us.
I was not at all impressed with this shop or their customer service. I will not use them again and will not recommend them to anyone.
Any convenience we saved by using this «Geico Approved shop» on the front end, was erased by the hassle and extensive phone calls on the back end.

I have been back here numerous times since they have not fully repaired my car. GEICO customers be warned. Since they have a GEICO Rep working out of this shop, it seems as if they are intentionally not fully repairing my vehicle. They needed my car a few more days since «they didn’t realize my fog lights were damaged» however my fog lights had fallen off with my bumper in the crash. They did not even have my fog lights. They also tried to give me my car back without fully connecting the new bumper or undercarriage. After discussing the 3 parts my car still needed and 5 days later, they forgot to put on another part. I am shocked this body shop has as much business as it does. Perhaps it is people like me who have to come back 3 times for them to fully repair our cars.

Veronica is professional and AWESOME! Hope the rest goes just as awesome. Estimator Ernie was great.

I had gotten into an accident in my 2007 Toyota Matrix in September 2012. It involved a deer and well I didn’t know a deer can cause that much damage to vehicle. When I went there I was pretty amazed about the turn around time for my repairs. There was damage to the hood and bumper. They kept me up to date with emails showing progress to my car Trix. The work they did was wonderful. I highly recommend this shop. Veronica in the front is friendly and helpful, I will take my business here if i need any thing else to my car.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! I made the mistake of taking my car there when it needed more than just body work. They took care of the body work ok but were not able to fix an electrical problem my car had after the accident. There was also a pesky warning light they were not able to cancel. They told me it was my tire pressure light when I know for a fact that it was not. The customer service was good and that’s the only reason they got two stars.

This place fixed my 2012 Camry about 6 months ago. It was rear ended. Extensive work needed. It took them two times to paint the rear exterior panel of my car.
Unfortunately I was rear ended again and this time Another Reputable Body Shop in Glendora is handling the work. They noticed the bottom panel of the trunk was not assembled correctly from Avalon. Bolt patterns not aligning and Weld screw missing completely due to being covered up from bottom cushion matt. Also the paint did not match to factory spec’s within the trunk. This is something that only a dealership or used car appraiser would notice after the fact when your trading in the car. Loss value no doubt! It was obvious to an Appraiser and or Body Shop, (A Good one). They also noticed the rear metal bumper, (What’s underneath the plastic on all rear cars) was not replaced with NEW OEM parts but used parts. How did they know that? There was red writing on the actual bumper. New parts from Manufacturer do not have writing on them!
Pass on this shop cause what has been fixed may look good from the exterior but little do you know what’s hidden is improperly put back together. In retrospect getting hit again uncovered these mistakes that may need to be addressed through the insurance company of the faulted party that works with this shop.

Very happy with the work I got done at Avalon. Their customer service was great and made the whole experience really easy. They took a while, but the results were excellent. Very friendly, helpful staff, would recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately, I was recently involved in a rear-​end collision. Being that my car was only a couple of months old, you can imagine how upset I was. Every person I cam in contact with from Avalon was very professional and courteous. They kept in touch with me regularly to tell me the progress of my repairs. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone who is looking for a good experience and great work.

We have sent 3 cars there, and they are quick to get everything done. Sometimes they take a while to get back to you about something, but if you call and remind them they apologize for not getting back to you sooner. As the office manager, and clearing all the expenses, they are pricey. But the price is worth it. (thats why they lose a star in my book).
The actual work that they do is fabulous. I have sent them a 1996 GMC Sonoma, a 1996 Mustang and a 2003 Lancer. All come out looking like brand new cars.
Veronica, the front desk lady, is very kind. David is also very helpful!

Had body work done this year at this place after an accident where I had a blow out take out part of the front of my car. This was the closest shop approved by my insurance company so I took my car there and they were incredibly professional and courteous. I always knew how my car was coming along. I got text alerts on a daily basis. They went out of their way to get me quotes and set me up with tires with a different shop that was an outstanding deal. They did so many things above and beyond what you would expect including offering me rides to and from the shop each and every time. My car was immaculate when I got it back. I could go on and on but these people took a very painful event and made it almost painless. They were a pure joy. These are the most professional body people I have EVER come across. You cannot go wrong with them.

This body shop is top notch! Everyone that helped me was very courteous and professional. My vehicle was returned to me in a timely fashion and the work was well done. I couldn’t even tell the truck had been in an accident! I highly recommend Avalon to anyone that wants great service and quality!
