These folks are vwry Incompetent, No One is ever available when you call them. Fat employees are always out to Lunch. Move on and pic abother Dermatologist Clinic. They cannot get a simple Prescription Done and when you call them… All they can say is I’M SORRY I’M SORRY. When they go out of Business that will me. AVOID **** AVOID **** DO NOT DO IT !!!

Ali Sheets, PA is the best practitioner I have seen in years. Despite her young age, she is direct, efficient, and she really cares about doing the right thing for the patient, while also considering the potential cost to the patient given their insurance situation. She won’t recommend procedures that she thinks are not necessary or worth the expense to the particular patient, she doesn’t push products, but she also makes sure to be thorough and not take any chances when it comes to skin cancer.
Don’t let the bare-​bones décor of the waiting room or facility fool you, this practitioner makes it worth the trip (and I trek all the way from DTLA to come see her).

PA Sheets is super sweet, direct, informative, and no nonsense. Great first appointment I can’t wait to see the results in two months.

i just had my mohs surgery done by Dr Danielle Moul she was great she explained to me what she was doing well preforming the surgery the staff was great they asked if i had any questions before the surgery started they put me at ease

I’ve spent 5 years terrified about getting some moles checked. Mainly because I’m a baby and squeemish… but also because I’m nervous for bad news because skin cancer runs in my family. Needless to say this office was easy to schedule with, the got me in fast, staff was friendly and patient with my questions. I didn’t wait that long to see the PA who would help me and she was wonderful. Thank you Ali for making this experience a bearable one and for having terrific bed side manner. BED SIDE MANNER IS EVERYTHING.
Hoping for good results but confident that this group will help me get through whatever happens.

Where do I start
They only get one star and it’s because of the front counter ladies/​girls. NO Customer service experience, rude and unprofessional to say it in the nice way.
Twice in two different times I have shown up to my appointments and been told it was canceled. I asked why didn’t someone call me and rudely the lady said we did and there was no place to leave a vm. When I asked what number they called and told me I explained that’s my cell phone you can leave a message. I asked can you tell me who called and she said sorry it doesn’t say who called you on the computer.
Another time they were claiming I owed my copayments when asked if I can get copies of the invoices I was told billing was not there and couldn’t help me. When asked what dates I went home found my receipts and called to talk to billing. When I spoke to the they claimed it was a mistake that it was another child with the same name. I asked if the other child have the same last name or date of birth and they said no, I asked how can you make that mistake?
They need to retrain the front counter staff.
My experience with dr is quick and short and not worth seeing.
Called my insurance and requested new dr.

Dr Nami might be pretty to your eyes but ask yourself if you are there to treat your skin condition or check out pretty guy.
I don’t know how qualified he is, but I think he is arrogant. His office is terrible also. Yes, some people have no choice because this office is the only referral you can go to. If you get to choose, do yourself a favor and find a better clinic and doctor with better review. You deserve better.
After all, why would you want to see a DO instead of a MD?

Trust me when I say stay awake the manager is so unprofessional and looks like a cheap chola and the nurse the white girl is so rude I could hear her cud and say bad words all the way to the waiting room. She needs to be fired she’s digusting. STAY AWAY!

Estoy Molesta con el servicio de las reception de su oficina Dr David Nami fui dos veces a consulta y no me atendieron la primera por llegar 15 minutos tarde por la lluvia, y la segunda porque no me puso la cita en la computadora la que me atendio por telefono y todas tienen muy mala actitud, no son amables estan como enojadas, me dieron citas diferente hora ala que ponen en la computadora ejemplo: me digeron que era ala 1:30 pm y ponen que era alas 11:30am esto es para enojar a cualquiera, y yo soy una de ellas tome la desicion de mejor cambiar de Doctor.

How completely ridiculous is this office staff?!? when I made my eldest daughters appointment, I asked them how quickly we could be In and out on the only day they had open because my youngest daughter has physical therapy an hour later.

Fast forward to today. There are at least 15 people in the hallway waiting for them to open and they don’t even bother opening their doors until 805. I called them as we walked away and told tn the situation. Their response to me is I shouldn’t have over booked myself and alloyed proper time. Omfg!
Jerks! Never again. Which is sad bc I hear good things about dr nami. Too bad his office staff is so horrid and deplorable that our family will not be back.

Dr. Nami was excellent! He explained everything thoroughly, made sure I was comfortable before my procedure and took his time. He’s also not bad on the eyes;)

Not sure if this is the same Dr. Navid Nami that works in Newport Beach through Island Dermatology? If it is… My experience has been ok with him and the staff, didn’t leave having a terrible nor great experience. Office is nice & clean and Dr. Nami was kind and nice on the eyes (compared to most older dermatologist I have seen), well ladies you got to admit it doesn’t hurt =) LOL. I’m also confused as to if he is a DO, MD, or both?
He didn’t spend much time with me as I would of liked and at first I had felt like I was just another number/​patient and he needed to get up out of there to the next patient because he got straight to the point and moved on, not that this is a terrible thing. I would of liked to have been given a prescription that was covered or that at least I could afford, what was the point other wise?! Medicine is not affordable if it’s not covered, geez can they really charge that much… ouch! I also would of liked if they offered some type of alternative treatment plans or given me more options of what I could have done since I left not knowing what they offer at this place but than again didn’t ask either, guess I figured Navid Nami, D.O. would have mentioned it.

I am in high school and I have perfect attendance and I asked if they had an appt. after 3 – 3:30 and the lady said no and I can’t miss any school and there next appt was like in the next month so if u need to get in there fast and don’t need to go after 3 – 3:30 then go for it but that made me really mad.

Came to this dermatologist office after being recommended by a good friend. Nothing but a great experience here. I was in and out quick and the doctor and assistants are really personable and helpful with all my questions I asked. Definitely recommend this to others to check out if you need to see or have a friend that needs a dermatologists help.
