This is for Dr. Park in the office. Since I recently received a call from Dr Zarate saying that I did not see her…
there is not an option for ZERO stars. GRRR!
I came to this place to get my eyes checked in 2007.
I got a prescription for Acuvue contacts. A few months later I am trying to refill my prescription on 1800 contacts. Low and behold, guess what 1800 contact tells me. WE DO NOT CARRY YOUR PRESCRIPTION IN ACUVUE.
The optometrist thought it would be funny to give me a prescription that can’t be filled because Acuvue DOESN’T EVEN MAKE CONTACTS in the prescribed powers of the bullshit rx that I received. After a whole lotta wasting time corresponding with 1800 contacts, we figured out the optometrist plain f*ed up.
Go and do your due diligence before prescribing people stuff that doesn’t exist!
It’s like giving me a prescription for catepillar turd.
