The place didn’t have many customers. It seems like all the traffic in this place is for Trader Joes. I like it since it is close by my house. Even though it wasn’t very busy I have to go to the front and ask someone where items are located and they tell me where it is. Instead of showing me. It had some good deals though.

My wife talked to one of the nicest employee Anthony there. He just receive a case of Marvel exclusive Pop figures from today’s shipment and promised to put a set of 4 on hold for me.
To my surprise, Anthony called her back around noon and told her that the manager doesn’t allow to put the Pops on hold, the manager only allowed him to put one out of the 4 characters on hold and she wasn’t allowed to select the character. At the mean time, She was told that they still have the whole case in stock, they won’t put them on the shelf and it’s on the first come first serve basis.
Long story short, I took 2 hours off work, drove more than 25 miles and got there around 3 pm. Sadly, out of all 4 characters, the manager just chose one Pop to sell to me and wouldn’t let me pick. The online inventory checker still showed they’re all in stock.
Special thanks to Anthony. He’s extremely nice and friendly. I appreciate his help even thou I wasn’t able to purchase what I wanted at the end!
One star for the poor management!

This review is for Walgreens Pharmacy. The staff is so professional, knowledgable and caring. They have your prescription ready within in minutes and I LOVE the drive thru option. This is so convenient, especially when you are sick or with a child and don’t want to get out of the car. Walgreens is definitely giving Rite-​Aid Pharmacy a run for their money! I just wish they would extend their pharmacy hours…

The store itself is fine, but I will never, ever deal with the heartless customer service in the pharmacy ever again. I walked up to an ‘empty’ pharmacy today to ask about over the counter cold medicine that would be good for earache pressure and congestion. I was surprised to get a stone cold look from the young woman on the other side of the counter. This is a first for me from any pharmacy. She asked if I have high blood pressure, and I told her ‘yes, I do’ (I take prescription medicine for it). She just stared at me and bluntly told me that there is nothing that I can take that is over the counter other than saline nose spray. Really? I did my own research when I got home. She was definitely wrong. What a terrible atmosphere at this pharmacy. I will be sticking to Walgreens in Burbank instead. More human customer service.

Store is nice and clean. That’s the 3 stars. 1 star off because there’s always a wait to checkout. Another star taken off for the pharmacy… O M G… slooooooowwwwwwwwwwww. No such thing as dropping off a prescription quickly. I waited 16 minutes to drop off a piece of damn paper! How about having more than one person back there. I definitely won’t use pharmacy again. The store probably will.

I would give more stars for the location — so glad they opened here, and even better, next to Trader Joe’s! And it has a decent (rare) parking lot! But, what is the deal w/​the lack of staff??? My wait time here is NEVER less than 10+ min. Even on hold on the phone. So frustrating. They are on the corner of Brand and Glenoaks for crying out loud — did they not anticipate being busy? I’m a patient person, but it’s starting to get annoying. Hire some extra staff please. It’s got to be stressful for the current employees.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service. This was my first time using this location and the person I spoke to on the phone had the worst attitude. Someone needs to retrain their staff member Hermine on how to speak to customers on the phone. I went in yesterday to pick up a prescription and I was told by another person that they didn’t have it in stoke and they needed to order it for me and they will call me the next day when it’s available for pickup. Throughout the day I didn’t receive a call and when I called tonight to get an update the employee Hermine was so rude. She told me not to give her an attitude when I asked her why I wasn’t contacted since the medication was ready. She accused me of yelling at her, when I clearly was not yelling. I have never heard anyone speak this way. If I’m asking why I wasn’t notified, I’m asking a question not yelling. Wow, can’t believe people like her are employed and serving a community of people who use a pharmacy to get their mediation for different health reasons. Go to another pharmacy… if this is the type of people that are working here, I do not support their employment.

Just walk (or drive) the extra few blocks to Ralph’s. Every time I have been in here there is a line with just one cashier a half hour long. Every time I check out the price rung up on the register is something completely different than what is posted. I’ve started taking pictures on my phone of what the posted price is to know I’m not crazy. The nice cashier always offers to have someone go check the price for them to fix it, but I’m not about to hold up a huge line of already angry people for 80 cents. I never plan to go back, which sucks because it’s such a great location.

I love going for make up. They have a lot more products available to purchase than other drug stores.

My sister comes to get her prescription here since it’s local and every single time we walk out annoyed. We figured maybe if she called it in this time we’d have a «smoother» experience but definitely we were proven wrong. Their pharmacy is so disorganized it seems like the employees don’t properly communicate with each other because one person claims one thing over the phone and when we come in person to the pharmacy it’s something completely different from what we were told. This last time around since we called the lady said that it usually takes them about 10 minutes to refill her prescription and they’d have it ready in no time. So when we came to pick it up some other girl claimed that the pick up time was set for 6 pm which was not discussed in the phone convo at all! So of course we have no other option to sit and wait once again. Please your a pharmacy you should have your shit together.

This rating is for their Parmacy. Terribly, ridiculously slow. Don’t let the shiny new space fool you. It’s unorganized (think keystone cops or Dory/​Finding Nemo), everyone seems to be in learning mode and no one knows what the other is doing. Absolutely nothing is easy or quick here. Been here 4 times (because it’s local), there’s never been many customers but I’ve had the exact same bad experience each time. They need some pros back there to help.

This is a brand new Walgreens that opened a few months ago.
It is conveniently located just off the 134 freeway. The store itself is well laid out, clean, and bright. It has all of the usual products as well as friendly staff.
parking — free lot with many patrons and very few available spots during peak hours, as it shares the lot with the ever popular Trader Joes.

Love this new addition to Glenoaks! Walgreens is great and the employees are so kind and helpful. Go in there looking for one thing and come out with ten. Take a bag though, you’ll need one. Fiddlesticks! Darn this new bag rule!

So glad they got a Walgreens in Glendale! It’s small, but has what you need. The staff are all super nice and helpful. The fact that it’s next door to TJ’s is awesome! I wish they were open later though.

Since they are new, i can see that they have a good start with the motivation in their employees and attempts to keep aisles clean. The back aisles are kind of cramped but the aisles with snacks and home cleaning stuff near the front are spaced out well.
The parking sucks because they share the parking lot with Trader Joe’s and there’s always people going to Joe’s.
Hope their employees stayed motivated and helpful. They are soooo nice!!!

Walgreens always make me kind of depressed because they use the same lighting as hospitals. That really really REALLY bright white light that makes everything look sterile. It makes my brain think I’m in a hospital, which then makes me smell the faint whiff of urine. Weird, huh?
Absent that, this is a great place to put a Walgreens. When Trader Joe’s doesn’t have the chemically-​laced unhealthy thing you need, Walgreens is there to fill the gap. Thanks, Walgreens!

The staff here is awesome! I had to go to the urgent care recently for ear pain and the friendly pharmacy manager Edna had my ear and nose drops ready by the time I arrived. And today I had to get more drops for my ear and the pharmacist on duty Hermine called to let me know they didn’t have it in stock. She then asked me where I want it filled. She called the nearby Walgreens and transferred the ear drops. I thought that was the end of it, nope! She called me again to let me know the doctor had sent another prescription to them and was wondering where I wanted to pick up that Rx. Seriously? I can’t remember the last time I got such attentive superb service! Now if I could only get this kind of service at the dmv and post office. lol thank you Hermine for going above and beyond today! I appreciate it :-)

Finally a Wallgreens in Glendale! Located right next to the Trader Joe’s, this is a great location for the people of Glendale who were forced to tolerate lackluster service at Rite-​Aid for so many years. Great layout in the store with everything pharmacy related plus a nice selection of snacks and beverages. The store accepts Apple Pay however the drive through for some reason does not.
