I had a rhinoplasty done by this Dr. and the outcome has been nothing but horrible. He lacks a technical competence to ensure a safe and successful outcome. My nose bleeds all the time in addition to that he has completely destroyed my nasal structure. Anyone who considers having a plastic surgery, I would suggest to please stay away at all costs.

Thank you Dr. Grigoryants for fixing my nose. I did a Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty on Jan 22^nd. I will continue to refer people to him. He knows what he’s doing! I have already gotten compliments on my nose and as many of you know, it takes up to a year to see the full results. It looks prettier each day. This is a Doctor you can definitely trust. I have not yet met Dr. G but In a week or two will be calling and giving my deposit! Just found out i’m pregnant with baby #3, which was a surprise so the appointment I did have for April is now falling all the way back for next year! I have been wanting my nose done for sheesh 6 years now, being Italian and Russian the nose gets on the larger side, everything I read about Dr G I just can’t help but love him even more! I’m pretty obsessed having someone do a cosmetic surgery on your face is big, Every Time I get nervous I go to his website and flip through the pages and am reassured !

I absolutely love Dr. Grigoryants work. He is very detail oriented, and straight forward. I know many people who have underwent rhinoplastic surgery, and others with him, and everyone has loved their results, including myself. My nose is probably the only thing I want done, but maybe if I ever decide to change something on my body, he is my go-​to! I looooove this doctor! Not too mention, he’s a cutie pa-​tootie. Wonderful work, Grigoryants. You do a very outstanding job. I definitely recommend.

Had my consultation yesterday. The staff and Doctor were wonderful. No wait time, Doctor is straight forward and honest. I believe this doctor is one of the best in the country… I’ve done hundreds of hours of research!

Dr. Grigoryants is exceptional on every level — superb artistry, excellent technical skills, and a kind & down to earth bed-​side manner. All essential attributes that you would hope a man that works with faces would possess. And he has them in abundance. He also strikes me as a kind & humble man, yet confident. Highly intelligent & capable.
While he may be perhaps one of the top surgeons in North America for «Rhinoplasty» as per his extraordinary reviews on Unilocal and everywhere else, his artistry & technical proficiency also shine at a stellar level in his injectable procedures, such as using fillers to augment facial features.
We did the injectable nose procedure, where he injects filler such as Juvederm in your nose to make your nose more harmonious with your face. Straighter, better, and prettier. He did it all. And It took about 10 minutes, and was painless.
The end result is beyond our expectations. Its perfect. His long waiting list of 6 months is a testament to his popularity and ability to deliver results. He is a treasure. But please be patient. He is worth the wait.

For the past few years I was dying to get rhinoplasty but there were a few complications one being my parents totally against it and the other finding a good doctor. When my parents finally let, I went on searching everywhere even doctors across the US. Every Doctor I saw didn’t make me feel easy on getting it done until I finally found Dr. Grigoryants. His before and afters are like no other. He doesn’t just fix your nose he makes it beautiful for your face. I am two weeks post op and I’m already in love with my nose. I barely had any bruising and swelling on my face. His results exceeded my expectations. He is very patient and responds to emails very quickly. I couldn’t imagine going with any other Doctor:) P. S. He has many patients wanting rhinoplasty with him so I recommend getting a consultation asap and schedule surgery soon as well because he is usually booked 6 months ahead of time

After years of scouring the internet for the best rhinoplasty doctors, I was ecstatic to have found Dr Grigoryants. He is board certified, beyond talented, respected within the field and loved by his patients. Because of this ability to deliver consistently beautiful, natural results, he is in extremely high demand. I called June 2015 for an initial consult appointment and was not able to schedule one until late September 2015. Fortunately, I was on the cancellation list after that for a sooner surgery date and was able to have my surgery booked for the next month, October! Dr Grigoryants is efficient, yet approachable, and is adept at translating patient desires. He has an extremely calm demeanor and is very polite and pleasant to talk to. He is not only an extraordinary surgeon but an immaculate artist as well. I am grateful that I chose him as my surgeon. :)

I went in for my 1 year post op appt today in which Dr G took some pictures and proceeded to show me my before and after side by side. I was so shocked to see the huge difference having a rhinoplasty made to my face overall. I did wait a little while for my surgery (my initial consultation was in Jun and surgery was in Nov) but it was totally worth it. He is truly blessed by God and has an enormous gift. Dr G i am eternally grateful to you!!!

Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants is an amazing plastic surgeon!!! I went to him for a breast reduction and lift and his hands are gold! I was so terrified to do this surgery because I had seen so many bad plastic surgeries done by other doctors. For 2 years I researched different surgeons and went to many consultations but never felt comfortable until I met Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants. What a difference!!! He knew EXACTLY what needs to be done, he listens to his patients’ concerns and he does not treat every case the same (which was my issue with many other doctors). I can tell you, without a doubt that he is the best surgeon in the business. There is a reason why he is so busy, and he is SO worth the wait! I am only 1 month post op and even with the swelling I am already so happy!!! I feel so much better about myself! I truly can not thank you enough Dr. Grigoryants!!!

His work is truly amazing ! His like an artist he def is worth every single penny I spent ! I’m an out state patient he did an email consultation with me because I couldn’t make it to Cali to see him in person at the time I’m from Vegas and I will never trust no Vegas doctor with my face. I decided to do my boobs with the rhino got a great deal his a little expensive but honestly his work is so amazing and worth it ! My boobs are looking amazing dropping by the day my nose I haven’t taken the cast off but I know it looks amazing just go in his office and you’ll see your self his busy all day with post opps and pre opps I swear the man is amazing he never sleeps it seems his always working perfecting his craft ! His better then a prado I tell you! His always busy so book a head of time ! His amazing !!

Dr. Grigoryants is incredible! I have always disliked my nose; from the front it looks fine but from the side there is a hump. I visited a few doctors around LA that were known to be «the best» but when I went in for my consultation with Dr. G, I knew he was the doctor I wanted doing my nose. He had a good idea of what he wanted to do with my nose and what would suit my face best. We both agreed that a more straight but still small and thin nose would look most natural on me. Dr. G is extremely kind and genuine and really makes you feel safe and in good hands. Anyone who thinks otherwise probably just does not like to hear the honest truth; the staff is also so sweet and comforting! My surgery is tomorrow and I’m so excited to finally have the nose I’ve always wanted. He warned me about the swelling that will occur after the procedure and it’s common to not like your nose for some time after but once the swelling goes down, he said it will look great. If anyone needs reference as to what my before and after nose will look like, message me and I will gladly send photos!

I got rhinoplasty done almost two years ago and my nose looks so natural. I’ve seen other doctors put the same nose on almost all of their patients. Dr grigoryants gives you the nose that will match your face. (sounds weird but it’s important!!) I didn’t want to have a pig nose at all and he listened to all of my concerns. He’s very blunt and will not hesitate to tell you what he thinks needs to be fixed. His office is pretty much always packed. I’m honestly not surprised. His work is amazing. Definitely recommend him to anyone who’s interested in any type of cosmetic surgery!

Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants is an amazing plastic surgeon. I went by him in 2013 for a rhinoplasty. Dr. Grigoryants is extremely smart, helpful and offers great advice. He was able to get me a quick surgery appointment (due to some schedule changes), which I was very happy about. The surgery itself was flawless. I had no pain and minimal bruising on my face. He did my nose exactly how I had asked. After the surgery, he checked in with me to ensure I was doing well and asked to see me 2 days after my surgery – talk about being attentive!

Dr. Grigoryants is a genius. I got a nosejob a few years ago and it looks… perfect. I was so surprised by the results. People are shocked when I tell them I got my nose done, because it just looks so natural. You have to be patient, because it took a while for the swelling to go down before I could see the final result. I know a few people that got their nose done with him, and he shapes each one differently to match your face. He’s brilliant, I highly recommend him
& I’d like to add, it was a very quick recovery. Within a week I was back at school taking my finals.

I seriously don’t even know where to begin on how talented Dr. Grigoryants is. Words cannot express how happy I am with the results of my rhinoplasty! I don’t know how to thank you Dr. G. I have gained so much self confidence after my surgery and feel 1000x more beautiful than before. I recovered in less than one week and love the way I look! I wouldn’t recommend any doctor in the world over him. He is one of the best out there! People come around from all over the world to get procedures done by him. Don’t think twice. He is #1! I genuinely want to apologize to Dr. G and his staff for the negative review I wrote two days ago. I woke up one day and thought I saw a bump on my nose and just vented out on Unilocal instead of calling him. As soon as I posted my review, he of coursed called to see me.
I just came back from seeing him and I am so embarrassed. He is obviously the professional and knows the concerns I had. He explained thoroughly what I was looking at when I thought it was a bump. Right now it looks like I have water that has retained and will eventually go down as the swelling goes down. (I am only 1 month post op) I know i’m crazy right? I can’t possibly expect my nose to look perfect right away.
He took pictures of my nose and let me see how great my nose looked. He complimented me on how great it looked, and other people would as well. I always receive compliments on how great and how perfect my nose looks. I am so happy I went in to see him, he gave me a peace of mind. He let me touch my nose to see if there was really a bump. He also offered to do a small revision if in about a year or two if I saw the so called bump I noticed. I will wait for then, and if there is a bump I would consider a revision. Only because I want to be 100% happy with the surgery.
I cannot thank him enough for the change he has brought to my life. I do love my nose very much, and I appreciate commitment Dr. Grigoryants has to make sure his patients are happy.
For anyone that will be getting Rhinoplasty, please don’t jump into things right away. Let everything settle in before you judge your nose.

I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. G in 2012, and I am absolutely thrilled with my results. My nose looks so natural and a million times better than it did before.
Dr. G is very knowledgable, patient, honest, and caring. I highly recommend him. And my sister just had a rhinoplasty by him this year too. We love Dr. G!
My only complaints are: the office doesn’t do financials, and the girls working up front seem a little incompetent (but still friendly). But even with that, this place gets five stars from me because the exceptional work that Dr. G does.
