Verizon Wireless – Wireless Plus

It’s very good to see that customer service still exists. I walked in very unhappy with Verizon $ wanting to cancel but Ani the manager solved all my issues & upgraded my phone & plan. She spend time explaining the charges & setting up my phone. I am staying with Verizon because of the Great service I recived at this Store. I do recommend it to all

The store Manger or the sale person will say you can file complaint but it is not going anywhere but let me tell you comsumers .you have rights under the business Law of the state of California you have the right to file a claim and protest from using false and misleading statements to sell a product or service the a t allows penalties to be imposed on business that do anything deemed to be deceptive

I have been looking to upgrade from my iPhone 4 for some time now… two days ago, I was dropping my dog off at the Petco across the street and saw this location. I had looked up the verizon wireless locations on Unilocal and this location wasn’t on the list… so, the location I was planning to go into is the stand alone store in Glendale (not the Americana location), and was dreading going into this store because of the MANY bad reviews on Unilocal.I walked into this Verizon Wireless Plus store and was pleasantly surprised to see only two employees, Preni — Sales Associate, and Ani — Manager. They were both so incredibly nice and helpful. Honestly, I was shocked. Not because they were nice and helpful but my expecting bad customer service from the other store before I even got through the door… I thought this was that location… Thank goodness it wasn’t! The iPhone 6 is so much more advanced than the 4 (I received the 4 for free from Verizon because of breaking my android). Anyway, Preni showed me some special features, how to work certain apps, etc. Soooooooo incredibly helpful!!! If and when I ever need to go into a Verizon location, it will for sure be this one!!!

The first time I came here I felt that the people were being a bit too pushy. I wasn’t getting my questions answered.
I eventually got a new phone and came again to get my contacts transferred from an old phone to the new one, and they wanted to charge me $ 20!
I went to the Galleria and the guy there confirmed that, although some places charge, most places do it for free. Since he didn’t have the equipment he advised to find another place. I did and got it done for FREE.
