I have to say it’s the worst place to ever live… The management when we first moved in was amazing then it changed half way through living there to a company called David N Shoultz… They raised the rent almost $ 200 within months of becoming new management… They never fixed anything when we needed it fixed and all the amenities were old and trashy… Nothing in the pictures are what it looks like… Don’t be fooled… I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy… They also screwed us on our deposit… Charges for things we left spotless… Don’t feed these people your hard earned money…

Can I give less than a 1 star??? Yes, this place looks beautiful on the outside and whattt? Affordable too? This had me sold. Not long after moving in did I realize this place really is an undercover dump. Not to mention the manager Angelique is an extremely rude, unprofessional woman. After being told several times about problems she is extremely slow on fixing anything in my personal experience, and once when I was in the office personally putting in a complaint because online wasn’t doing anything a neighbor came in with a jar full of termites! EW! She had said if Angelique wasn’t going to do anything about it she was going to show her in person which she did! UM WHAT you’re not going to respond to termite either? What will get her attention? She always wanted to start drama it seemed like I was dealing with a middle school aged manager with her best friend as a side kick.
The lead maintenance man however is extremely friendly and helpful. We started going straight to him with the issues we had because he would always walk around the complex and when we asked him about the fixes we needed from weeks ago he said he had never heard A THING from Angelique even though we learned to put in a few work orders. And would come right away to help us with what ever we needed.
Also the walls in this place are so thin I would always hear my neighbors conversations. WORD FOR WORD. I knew my neighbors more than I would have liked.
Also when moving out they charged an arm and a leg for cleaning the place even though we left it as much the same as when we moved in.
If you are looking into this place DON’T be distracted by it’s nice appearance it’s NOT worth the headaches it causes.
LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
