I called Turbo Messenger after reading the reviews of other process servers in the greater Los Angeles area. I was nervous because I was searching without the luxury of a personal referral. But from the beginning John took the time to understand my needs and answered every question I had. Based on such, I took the leap of faith and hired him for the job. I’m so glad I did.
John took care of my situation in the matter of a few hours. He was not only professional, but he was friendly too. When he called me to notify me that the process was complete, I ended up having a nice conversation with him. He’s a family man and small business owner who’s trying to provide a quality service to people who need his professional help.
I hope I never require his services again. But if I do, he’s going to be my first call. Thank you for being honest, professional and personable, John. I recommend you without hesitation.

If I could give John more than 5 stars, I would. I live outside of California, and I needed to serve someone in LA for a small claims case. It was almost 5pm, and I submitted a request for a quote on the website. I was pleasantly surprised, because it was mere minutes before my phone rang. John was on the other line, and he definitely put my worries at ease. He was knowledgeable, professional, and really easy to talk to. After hanging up, I e-​mailed him my information and paperwork. I had plenty of time left to have the defendant served, but John knocked this out like I needed it yesterday. In less than an hour and a half, he served the defendant and immediately called to update me. The next day, he filed proof of service at the courthouse and called again to let me know that everything was taken care of. He’s excellent with communication and super responsive. I was incredibly impressed at how quickly he took care of everything and with the level of service he provided. Going through the legal system is a stressful process. I send a huge thanks to John for making this part of the process smooth and easy. I highly recommend using Turbo Messenger!

I have been using their service for about a year now and I have had absolutely no issues. Whether I need something filed/​served tomorrow or next week, there is never a hassle. I have called John in the afternoon and needed same day filing… done. I have met him on some of the occasions and he’s a great guy. He’s smart and humble and knows how to treat his clients with the utmost respect. He is also well informed regarding the filing documents and process. I had forgotten to attach a document once and he caught it right away. Then he waited for me to write the document and print it before he left. There was also a couple instances where I could not locate the person needing to be served and the companies I used to locate a Defendant could not locate them. John referred me to someone who found who I needed in a couple days. John is always on top of his work, courteous and always checks what he takes so everything is in order. I have recommended Turbo to other attorneys and will continue to always use their service.

John was amazing! He was super friendly on the phone and explained everything, and took care of my service right away within a couple hours at a very fair rate. Thank you so much for making this such a good experience!
He called me from the place I was serving with a question, then again immediately to confirm it was done. He also offered to do the filing at a very fair rate, and is doing the whole thing same day.
It is no fun having to be in a situation that requires a process server, and having someone as professional, responsive and fair as John at Turbo makes it so much better!
I sure hope I don’t need a process server again anytime soon. But if I do it’s a no brainer I’ll call John again, and I’d give him my highest recommendation!

Impressive! I called John this morning after he was recommended to me by another service because they could not accommodate my 2 day RUSH for personal service. I was recommended to John at Turbo Messenger and Attorney Service by a friend of mine. I called to try to serve a few small claims papers and all I had to do was email the documents to him and pay him over the phone and he got it served within a few days. This service not only saved me time but took a lot of stress off of me. He is such a professional process server, class act guy! He returned my proofs of service via email and mail. I have nothing but great things to say about this service!
I had originally opted to go with the Sheriffs service, but once they went to serve my TRO twice and he was not home or did not answer the door I knew it was not going to workout. I needed to think of other options, especially with the court date fast approaching.
I called turbo messengers and the experience was excellent! I spoke with John and he was very kind. He explained everything I needed to send him and how things would work. I was so frazzled but John was nice and calm and talked me through it. The pricing was also very reasonable! I called him on a Wednesday night and my TRO was successfully served Thursday morning. He first tried in the morning and then stuck around for an extra hour at the address just so he could serve the TRO.
I would recommend this service for anyone who needs the job done correctly and professionally.

John was very professional and very courteous. I needed a process server to serve some important documents. John kept me updated every step of the way. He went out of his way to do his best to get my documents served. I was able to pay over the phone with a credit card and fax the documents that I needed processed. I received a receipt via email. This made things so much easier & I was able to do everything from the comfort of my own home. Once the process was completed, I was given my documentation of the proof of the services rendered via email and the original document was mailed.
