TRUBBQ4U started many years ago when I found that I really enjoy barbequeing a variety of foods for family and friends. Coming from a Cattle Ranching family in New Mexico, I quickly learned about quality meats, good cooking, and New Mexico Green and Red Chilé, naturally. Mom is the BEST cook I know — so growing up, I was the one in the kitchen learning from the best!
Over the past 20+ years with Family & Friends and our own pools and BBQ’s, it started many friendly «BBQ Competitions». I moved to Phoenix, AZ from Albuguerque, NM in 1978 and attended DeVry University. During this time, I lived in apartments which all had pools and great BBQs. I used the BBQ’s at least 4 times a week and shared lots of trade secrets with many fellow BBQ’ers and in turn learned from them as well.
