Business Owner

Karen Thomas Laughlin, SPHR CC, is a human capital specialist with over a decade of talent acquisition strategy, delivery and retention program experience with Fortune 100 companies. Program management, executive coaching on talent strategies and project management of national recruiting events are additional accomplishments during her career. Raised in a military family and living in multi-​cultural environments developed Karen’s passion for inclusion and the work of diversity.
