The Whitening Depot

This is a terrific place. My son and I went and were both amazed by the results. Excellent experience. Excellent results. Excellent value. The gentleman who took care of us, LD, was extremely professional and caring. The process took about 45 minutes, was painless and resulted in a 12 shade improvement. All for less than $ 50. Amazing. If you’re thinking of whitening, I would definitely recommend that you call them. I never knew it could be so effective, easy and affordable.

I am hesitant to give 1 star. Staff member was incredibly unprofessional. Location is hard to find and he had difficulty providing accurate directions. When I arrived I was even more concerned by lack of professionalism and competence in providing the service. He instructed me to insert dental product in my mouth «I don’t want to have to stick my hands all up in there.» I was shocked. I did not realize I paid $ 70 to perform a function of the procedure on my own. Have 10 minutes of attempting to insert «dental dam» as he called it, I promptly left asking for refund. the staff instructed me to contact groupon for refund. I am now attempting to get refunded and the staff member has blatantly lied about the so called procedure performed.

Very unprofessional — This would have been the first time to whiten my teeth, however there was no one at the facility. I had an appointment for Sunday October 6, 2013 at 9 a.m., took me half an hour to get there, and which I did get there on time and the door was locked. I even waited for 15 minutes for an employee to arrive but no one came. I called and left a voice mail and email as well.
