I would like to recommend this attorney. Though I did not go to him because I did not need to retain an attorney, he was very helpful in answering my questions. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and the other party retaining an attorney because she is suffering from «bodily injury». I reached out because I did not know what I was facing. Immediately when I called the secretary transferred me to Narbeh. This was great because I find it annoying when someone asks you a bunch of questions and then forwards the information along. He explained the situation, my rights, and when and if I should seek representation. He did not urge me to come in for a consultation which I appreciate greatly.

When I first saw Attorney Shirvanian had so many 5-​star reviews, I was a little skeptical. I was in desperate need to speak with a probate attorney on an important matter where my grandmother left me as executor and trustee on a will and a random third-​party person filed a Petition to have me removed — it wasn’t the beneficiaries, as they were all happy with how I had taken care of things. This other person was bitter. Seemed like an open and closed case as third-​parties do not have a standing to do that but I made the mistake of trying to represent myself early on not knowing the court process. I thought it would be open and closed case — NOT! There were declarations, motions, petitions, responses, a TON of things that needed to be done for this simple case (I learned it’s best to hire an attorney). Courts are very specific with process and forms down to the way to notify someone. There is a ton to learn during a time when there is no margin or room for error.
I decided to give Attorney Shirvanian call anyway. I can’t tell you about ALL of the good things the attorney did to go above and beyond for me. When we met, I was in a panic and it was last minute. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and went in to discuss what was going on. That day we talked in detail about the terms of the will and trust agreement, removing me as trustee and the court hearing — all in a language I could understand. This attorney really knows his stuff. I was so pleased.
What was even more impressive, was that it was not difficult to get in contact with him by phone within a reasonable amount of time after our initial consultation. Attorney Shirvanian is responsive, patient, and understands you may not know everything and speaks as such, and again he knows his stuff. I felt so much better when I left and can’t say more good things about this attorney.
I really wish I could leave my contact information for a personal reference for him (but I know it’s not safe to do so) so you’ll just have to take my word for it. If you have a living trust, will, or court probate matter that needs to be handled — this is your guy. You don’t have to actually use him as your attorney and it’s up to you, but I strongly recommend you call him and by the end of your first consultation, chances are you’ll want to use him. Wish I could give him more than 5 starts.
