Had a appointment 3:30 and it was 4:30 and was still sitting waiting… And some lady walks in they seat her down and start with her nails… there excuse was they were over book when they gave my appointment. never go here not professional at all.

Went here for the first time tonight I was extremely excited, followed the IG and had high expectations. I wanted ombré pink matted coffin shaped nails for my bday and I naturally thought a nail salon who advertises that they are able to do any short of designs would be able to do so. I don’t remember the name of the girl who did my full set but she was obviously in a rush cut my finger in the process of shaping my nails and when it came to the ombré it looks bubbly, my nails look lovely 2 feet away but up close they have way too many imperfections for the priced I paid. While I was waiting for my sister in law nails to be done as well, I noticed allot of left over nail polish on my fingers and asked to be removed, the very sweet front desk girl asked the lady helping me to do so and she refused and said to just put oil on it, which didn’t work. Then another lady started to file the side of my fingers to remove the access causing my other finger bleed, then they guided me to the bathroom handed me a brush and said for me to wash my hands. Over all it was a disappointing experience that I paid $ 95 for, not worth that price for what I was left with. However the basic pedicure I got turned out quite fine.

1.) No one has ever asked me to review/​bad mouth your salon so I have no idea what you’re talking about
And
2.) I can only speak from my own experiences here. After having my acrylics done EXCLUSIVELY here I had horrible reaction. To which a medical professional clued me in as to why. Which is what prompted me to leave and not even bother looking for another tech at your salon.
If you feel so unfavorably about your previous employees that’s not my problem, but I would NEVER lie to ruin someone’s business.

The only reason I would visit this place was for Capri, Jessica, and then for a while Nikki. All of these artists have left and now so do I. The owners are soooooo rude if it hadn’t been for those ladies I would have been gone much sooner. And, turns out, after my last visit here I noticed SEVERE reaction on my fingers to the acrylic. Come to find out that what they had been using on me was the illegal MMA and not FDA approved EMA. I hope no one else had a reaction like I did because it was so painful!

Horrible service. What’s the point of an appointment if you’re not going to honor it?!
Mind you, it’s not the first time… I can go on and on for days about how customer service does not exist for this business. Never will I step foot here ever again I have gave them way to many chances.

I was so annoyed by my service at The Nail Bar. The usual place I had been going to is under new management (new owner, staff, etc.) so I thought I would try The Nail Bar as it is a lot closer to me. After growing my nails out for a couple of weeks to get a fabulous manicure for my brother’s wedding, I left so irritated by the service.
To clarify, the pedicure was good. Nothing to write home about, but just a solid pedicure.
The manicure was a disaster though… the girl seemed sweet but it was clear she didn’t understand what I asked for, didn’t care, wasn’t properly trained, OR a combination of all three. I told her the length I wanted to keep and the shape I wanted. She proceeded to cut one nail and showed me, it looked okay. I then went on to look at my toes while she cut the rest. A minute later I look at my nails and they were cut down to stubs. At this point there’s nothing I can do, what’s the point at getting furious? My nails won’t grow back. I told her not to file too much, just to even out the shape, because I didn’t want to lose any more length. The nails were each filed to their own weird shape. I can’t even describe how much of a disaster it was. I asked her to stop filing, took the file and completed that part. She left the nail ends jagged and uneven. If that wasn’t bad, she butchered my cuticles and the skin around them. The skin around my nails were peeling and looked like I had been biting them. No amount of oil or lotion could salvage the situation.
I am not the kind of person to throw a fit at a business by walking out or not paying. At that point all I wanted was for the service to finish so I could pay and get out. The lady up front (manager/​owner?) didn’t ask how my service was and I wasn’t in the mood to get into details. I paid, still tipped nicely (I always tip more than 20%), and left. Will never go back here and won’t recommend to others.
The only reason I rated it 2 stars is because the pedicure was okay. It seems that the good reviews for this place are based on a couple of manicurists… you can’t have one or two stellar employees and let the rest be sub-​par. Most people walk into a business expecting consistent service. It is up to the owners to check on their employees’ work and check in with customers to make sure they are satisfied with service.

I had a full set and pedicure by Diane and she was amazing. The most beautiful full set I’ve had yet. I recommend this place. Great customer service too.

Where do I begin? The salon is clean and beautiful, the staff is always sweet, and Debbie is the best! I’ve been coming here for a while now and have always walked out with perfect nails (thanks to Debbie). I rarely wait when I come in and if I do wait, I blame the girls that have been late to their appointments before me.
You MUST go to Debbie, her energy is amazing and she really just makes you feel comfortable and always starts a great conversation. And she’s always very helpful when it comes to choosing a polish color. She ALWAYS takes her time to give her clients perfect nails and even though the place is kinda pricey (for a fill since its $ 5 more to cut down the acrylic), it’s definitely worth it!

After hearing so much great stuff about the place I decided to go and try them out! Gigi was my nail tech and she did the most amazing job on my nails! Have never been so happy with the outcome of my nails! I referred all my friends to her and the receptionist Suzy is the sweetest and so attentive! Thank Uu i will deff be back!

Great atmosphere! A cute little place for a mani. Joselyn was thorough and efficient and had excellent communication to give me exactly what I wanted (somewhere between round and oval shape and a color that was transparent but still pretty).
I got exactly what I was looking for and left feeling pampered.

The customer service is really bad and they’re all so rude. It’s been many times I’ve walked in they always say «oh sorry we don’t have space and bs». Also they’re nail technician’s are bad and they’re really mean. I seriously don’t know how this place is so hyped in Instagram trust me they do a bad job.

First time coming to this nail salon and I have to say Iv never ever been this pampered at a salon. From walking in without an appt the girl at the front desk was so sweet and kind. I was with my friend so she asked if we wanted to sit together. She had us choose our color and told us to take our seats and brought the color over to us. She asked if we wanted anything to drink while getting pampered. Honestly the service is amazing here. Not a lot of salons you go to lately where they actually care. The two ladies I had were absolutely amazing. Vivian who did my pedicure I had told her the pain I was having with my toes and she fixed the issue for me. Definite 5 stars! Will be returning here and staying a long term customer! Thank you Nail Bar :)

I was greeted by the owner when I walked in and immediately offered a drink. The atmosphere was clean and stylish, which I loved. On another note, I was so happy to see my favorite nail lady there. Gigi, the friendliest, funniest, and most talented nail lady I know.

Niki is honestly the best, has a great sense of humor and personality ! Her passion for art is something else ! And you could tell when someone enjoys their job ! Thank you so much for my amazing set ! And also a thank you too all the friendly staff at nail bar !

Love love love this place. I have to start with mentioning that Debbie is my nail goddess. I don’t know what I would do without her. I’ve been biting my nails for over 10 years, and putting on acrylics for about three years. With Debbie, we were able to make my real nails grow, and I finally got my first gel manicure set. No more acrylic!. Not only does she do an amazing job while working on nails, but also makes you feel so comfortable while you’re sitting there. She’ll sit there and talk to you, share fun stories etc…,
The nail bar itself is extremely clean and welcoming, I think it’s super adorable how they offer drinks while I’m getting my nail done; water, orange juice, or champagne.
Great place, can’t imagine getting my nails done elsewhere. :)

All I can say is VAN is the most amazing nail tech I have ever had, ever!!! I am extremely picky and she is so precise, caring & truly takes her time on you. I love her, she’s literally the best and never disappoints!
Also, the ambiance of this place is so nice and the décor is adorable. Literally a princess nail salon :). As soon as you get seated they ask if you want a mimosa or champagne. Talk about 5 star service ;)

Can’t tell you enough on what an amazing job Niki does on my nails every single time I sit with her. She takes her time to ensure the highest quality of her work and her talent truly reflects on my nails. I’m so happy to have found her on Instagram of course through the company. Overall the service is top quality and I always recommend this salon every single day when someone compliments my nails. Sue is such a friendly host/​receptionist making sure I’m comfortable every time I’m there and that is the single most important thing we all need. Comfort and luxury in one stop! Owners vision of a successful company reflects in their workers. A++ to you all

First time here… Very stylish and clean looking salon. Went there today as a walk-​in and only waited 10 minutes.

Negative…I didn’t know they offered clients mimosas and so didn’t ask when I walked in. It would have been nice of them to offer. Anyone ever say no to a mimosa???

For someone that has had trouble finding the perfect place to do nails over the last year I think I finally found my go to place. Super clean and spacious which doesn’t make you feel claustrophobic and all up in other peoples business while you’re trying to relax.
Nail techs all do your nails like pros! I hate going places where the nail techs don’t clean properly during manis and pedis cause they can’t even grip the clipper firmly.
I had been coming in regularly for gel manis so I decided to spice it up and put a Full set on. As for acrylics, I LOVED the work Debbie did for me. Girl is a pro! I literally just trusted her to do her thing and I’m literally obsessed!
She gives her honest opinion all the time and gives you exactly the look you were going for :)

The only reason I’m giving two stars is because of the customer service I received. The woman at the front desk was kind enough to offer me a mimosa. Also, I had forgotten my credit card, so she was okay with me going to grab it and come back to pay.
The problem is that I had an ingrown nail on my big toe and had advised the woman doing my pedicure to take it out because it was bothering me. She took out half of it and the other half of the ingrown was still in there. I did mention that it was still hurting. She advised me it was going to hurt for a bit because she took it out. So I took her advice since she’s a professional.
A day later, I notice that there is pus from my big toe. This has never happened to me. I will not be returning because not only is my big toe in pain but it is infected as well.
