Great place to go and learn more stuff about builds and juices. Friendly costumer service ever time I step in. Great place to just chill and just kick back and talk.

I went to this shop for the first time with my friend and I didn’t like it reason being is that a few things.1.The shop looks like a crappy smoke shop.2.No juice rack at all they keep their juices in cabinet.3.Really no good selection on mods but only a couple.4.The people working there kinda a smelled like they didn’t take shower.5.No recommendation of there best selling juices.6.Customer service was OK for the most part.7.I didn’t get the right build I wanted when I asked for a 24 gauge but instead got a 26 gauge.8.My overall experience was crap… I don’t recommend this shop I’d rather go elsewhere

I could not be happier with my experience here, Brandon is as knowledgeable as they come. A great selection of juices, mods, great prices and a welcoming/​friendly atmosphere are just one of a few reasons to make this the shop you come to for all your vaping needs. I leave with a smile everytime I come.

Customer service is very low. I was trying to ask them something about device that I’m going to buy and all I get was — Search for some reviews In internet. However they suggested me to buy Kanger Nebox which is 70 $ + tax and its leaking and splitting juice back. When I came back and told them about that, they just sold me another tip drip which doesn’t solving the problem. They never gave me a receipt and that’s kinda weird I think. When I bought my Kanger and juice they gave me price 120 $ when I asked why so expensive they told me –Because of the tax. And other time they made me buy tip drip and cotton which is both 5 $ but I paid 30 $. May be I’m wrong but the fact that they didn’t give a receipt make me think that they are tricking with prices. In conclusion I’m not happy with item I bought and I will never go there again.
PS Coils for Kanger Nebox are 3.5 $ each in Vape Theory. When I first time asked guys from Vape Factory about same coils they gave me same price but next day I came back, price was 5 $.

2^nd time back to fix my vape and buy a new one and hands down the employees here are sincere and super helpful! They’re down to earth and have great customer service! Also, love that they remember you and don’t take advantage!

The customer service here is impeccable! I came in the other day right before closing and the guy who helped me accidentally gave me the wrong nicotine level on one of the juices I bought. After using about ²⁄₃ of it I noticed the mistake. I called and they immediately offered to give me the right one for free! They even offered to let me keep the other bottle!
To top that off, they were out of stock on the 6 in a flavor I wanted, so they gave me a similar flavor for free!
Bottom line; I’ve never been to a vape shop with better customer service. In fact, some of the best costumer service I’ve come across, ever!

The only reason I would give this place 2 stars is because of the sub par selection of stuff they have there. Went in on a Saturday night and the atmosphere was alright everyone was giddy and happy which is an awesome thing. I was not greeted by any of the employees, but it took them about 5 – 10 minutes to acknowledge that I was there. No biggie. After walking around the store for a bit I started to realize that a majority of the people in the shop was drunk including some of the staff members I thought this was slightly unprofessional but to each their own. Was looking for maybe a new set up or so but realized how dirty the place was. There was random stuff all over the place from BB guns or cotton and the countertops looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in a few weeks if not months. I just wasn’t comfortable buying from a place that doesn’t clean up I have slight OCD and it was hard to keep myself from pulling out the vacuum and mop myself lol. The owner I believe was very high strung, borderline acted as if he was on drugs so that also threw a wave of caution at me. I asked for a rebuild and the build honestly was probably a 2.5÷5 at the best. The build was not centered and over all very mediocre. This is just my opinion and my experience and from the other reviews that I have read this place should be a top of the notch amazing place which I see the potential. The space is large enough to just kick it and I like the fact that they have a decent selection. Overall would I go back, maybe if it’s not out of my way, but if my next experience goes the same as the last it will be the last.

Brandon is awesome. He knows his product; informative, helpful, and kind. They have tons and tons of juices in every «flavor» imaginable, plus multiple nicotine levels. You can sit at the bar and sample them while Brandon explains just how to use/​build your mod. I recommend this place to anyone looking to grab a great deal on a nice vape with the plus of friendly service. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks Brandon!

Great prices and endless juice selection. This factory sells exclusive juices that are not available in any stores locally. This shop is the difference you were searching for.
I came in with a broken mod that Brandon was able to fix for $ 10. I was able to stock up on some extra juice opposed to spending more money on a new device.

I do not come to Glendale often but I have stopped by here about 4 times and they have always been closed! Your signs clearly say the business hours… No employees or do the employees close up and sleep in the back?

When you walk in the vape clouds part and there are some pretty awesome guys there to help get you setup. I am trying to quit cigarettes and they walked me through how to use and setup the device. My only problem is the device I bought is having some battery problems, so I’ll need to revisit the cloudy room and get it fixed.

Been to a few vape shops, this is easily my favorite. First time here and was friendly greeted and provided excellent service with great prices. Everything in the shop is well priced and its huge!

I feel like I have to comment again in regards to «Sam D“s false allegations toward Lynn and The Factory Vape. I have read most of your reviews and keep in mind I don’t even know you, but I immediately notice trends of negative attention you give to places who are probably only guilty of not giving you whatever unreasonable deal you ask for. I agree with panda, that you seem to be one of those customers who think they are always right. Unfortunately for you bud, things don’t work that way. I stand behind the fair practices at The Factory Vape, and I think Lynn does an amazing job keeping her business price competetive, honestly and ethically.
Another point to mention, a few reviews I read written by some of the other regulars state they see you there often. If you really dislike this place enough to continually attack it with negative Jargon and slander, why do you still go there? Maybe because they sell great quality items?
Everyone’s entitles to their own opinion and if you don’t like this place than fine, but it’s not fair for a business to have to deal with negative publicity when it isn’t true. I strongly believe that they didn’t allegedly sell your underage cousin anything, unless of course your cousin went in with his friends and one of them were to be of age and they made the buy, big difference. This isn’t the underage cousin you said you BOUGHT the Vape for in the beginning is it? If so I think I found our problem as to why the Government has issues with the Vape community.

To «SAM D.»: it’s interesting what you have been positing, a lot of negative reviews. I get it, you’re a consumer. And you’re frustrated BUT WHY?. A lot of these things you are talking about however just comes from bitterness. It’s funny reading all your posts although I do enjoy it. Are you making valid points or are you complaining about it because it’s not done your way? I feel like you have the «customer is always right» mentality. You’re like the people who insist on returning because it’s under the return policy when the item was clearly used. And you know, The Factory Vape is a great shop especially for people LIKE YOU. You like great deals. You don’t like paying full price. Where else can you find a Vape shop that will price match? If you like Vape theory prices, then just shop there but I bet you that you won’t because they don’t price match. You keep bitching about the 2-​$ 15 batteries when clearly the SONYS were not even part of it LOL the sigelei you’re bitching about how they priced it. has it ever occurred to you that every business has the right and freedom to choose whatever marketing strategy they want? Such places need to keep their doors opened and you need to stop being a little bitch. There’s a difference between stores that rips you off versus stores who have higher prices BECAUSE THEY OFFER PRICE MATCHING. I don’t know any other Vape shop that will price match online, and if you do then good for you. And as far as kids going in here not being 18 and older, if that was true it doesn’t make it okay either that they’re doing that. It’s a two way street. Your cousin who comes here knowing that he’s not old enough is not any less wrong than if they aren’t carding. Two wrongs don’t make a right. You’re throwing your words everywhere and you don’t even know jack. So because you couldn’t afford to pay $ 5 more for batteries, because you’re so anal about how they market themselves, you made YOURSELF unwelcome there. YES, no one but you. That sucks. I hope you don’t ever grow the balls to walk in there cause I can only imagine … LOL. Your presence will only make people wonder what you’re gonna bitch about next. And yeah, I wrote a pretty long post because I like getting my Vape gear really cheap too and I’m not about to let some sour idiot put a bad image at this shop.
TIPS FOR CUSTOMERS:
If you think you can find a better deal online, show them the ad on your phone. They are transparent about their prices. I’ve shopped here ever since it opened. Super wide glass tip that went for $ 39.99 at LA VAPOR was priced match and sold to me at $ 9.99. Dark horse RDA $ 16 PRICE MATCHED. batteries (buy one get one @full price). And so much more. The only time the refused to price match was on Black Friday and it’s because they said they would loose money on it. (FUHATTAN ALUMINUM FOR $ 13.99) which was understandable.

fyi, the hours on their door say noon to 9pm. However, when I went there at 5 pm on a wednesday, though the open sign and lights were on, the door was locked and there was nobody inside nor any answer to the phone. Waited around for about thirty minutes before leaving empty-​handed and disappointed. They did look well stocked, from what I could see from the window. Very frustrating experience. They could have at least left a note on the door for potential customers. Be sure to call before making a trip over there.

Very friendly and honest staff is an understatement. By far the largest range of products for all types of customers, both beginner and seasoned vapers. Their low prices are equally impressive. These low prices apply to all the authentic mods as well, which was a huge surprise considering their average competitor prices being universally so much higher, not to mention they didn’t even offer the selection they have offered. Huge selection of juices both new and vapers’ universal favorites.
Truly a one stop shop for any customer, regardless of their experience, or lack there of. Something for everyone here.
