Tanger Outlets

This outlet ehhhhh, what to say, it’s alright. Doesn’t have that many stores to chose from, so as for a big shopper I can only give out 4 stars.

Parking is a little bad. stores are great nice selection and great sales if you’re are a Tanger member.

Had a great day at Tanger. It has the stores I like (except for DKNY) and the prices are always exceptional.
It is a clean, safe-​appearing environment — always see lots of people with kids and there’s never been a problem when I’m there.
The sales people in the stores also are a lot more helpful than the ones you usually meet at the «mall.»

Stopped in to find some dresses I could wear to the multiple weddings I have this summer and was greeted at every store except Guess. I was very impressed by bebe, right when I walked in I was greeted and when I told them what I was looking for Randi immediately started pulling dresses for me! She was so kind and helpful! Definitely will be returning.

I would highly recommend going there for amazing deals on clothing. I found the Talbots and Chicos staff to be courteous and very helpful in finding items of my liking that were priced well below retail stores. The challenge is I found so much stuff my luggage flying home was almost over weight. The layout of the outlet was also easy for navigating.

Recommended by a couple of my future professionals «students» to get a coupon book at tanger outlets went in to get a coupon book that they where advertising for teachers but the older women along with the other women at the desk decided that I was not a real teacher because I thought at a cosmetology school and that was just a vote here school by the way I am licensed instructor by the state of AZ, NV and Cali but that doesn’t count

I love the Tanger Outlets! I can find anything I would find in a shopping mall for less money. The outlets are very clean and well kept, even the restrooms are impressive. All of the sales people I’ve encountered have been very helpful and pleasant.
There are plenty of outdoor seating, including a beautiful sitting area around the outdoor fireplace. Sometimes I walk around the outlets at night, just to exercise and relieve stress. It really is a beautiful place to shop.

Great place to shop. This mall has stores I enjoy going to with good customer service. Prices are reasonable. Plus good places to eat. I am fortunate to live close so it is only a short drive which is very convenient. Always able to find parking.

I love this mall The only thing that need to be changed is the entrance door to each store I had a hard time pushing in and out each door I am saying that because it will be hard for the handicap, Elderly and pregnant lady to push in and out each door it would be helpful to do automatic on/​off doors. thank you for reading my review

Parking sucks!!! Gets worst when there’s special event… I just left somewhere else. It’s ridiculous taking 20 minutes just to get in the parking.

The outlets are close to phoenix and better than other outlet malls in the area. Best stores are H&M, Banana Republic, and Wilson’s Leather. Parking may be bad on holidays and weekends but most of the time it’s not and you can park and walk to your favorite store. You can also park at Westgate and take a free ride to the outlet mall. Great deals can be found here if you have the time and patience.

The people who put this shopping center were not thinking. park is absolutely the worse, or they charge $ 10 to 20 to park. City of Glendale lied to the taxpayers that paid to build this area. they block off area so you have to pay to park. Avoid this over priced area. there are no deals.

Nice outlet stores … But no Kate Spade! So, we ended up at Michael Kors. They were having an awesome sale… It’s all good! Wish the mall was bigger and had more of a variety of stores.

Great location, but several of the stores were empty… Had closed. Disappointing. They need to find other prime options to fill these spaces. Also, another good dining option or 2 would be great. A good salad place would be fantastic!

I found out the one main store I would shop at is closed as of January. Because of that store I would browse other stores while I was there. Most of the other stores are expensive for being outlets and I usually don’t find my size except in a couple of the shops. Charging a fee to purchase a gift card is ridiculous. No fee if your a tanger member for a fee? My feelings about this mall is… Meh.

I stopped by the erroneously named mall’s Customer Service office to get my free $ 10 gift card for being a Tanger Club member. I knew about this because of a notification on my phone; however, once I got to the office, it wasn’t in a text or email. The office receptionist was not welcoming, friendly, helpful or pleasant. I had to call the corporate office (she didn’t offer to do anything to help. I had to make a few calls to get to the right person) to get directions on how to get the code out of their app. Although that person was courteous and helpful, it was a convoluted process to get to the code. On purpose, I suppose. Shopping is okay. Not much in the way of deals. Just avoid the mall office.

I love the tanger outlets since the opened I don’t have to go to the mall and deal with all the traffic and crazies up on bell road they have shopping nice seating areas and don’t forget the fabulous fired pie only 1 bad thing PARKING LOT THE HANDICAP IS VERY FAR AND INCONVENIENT THERE ISN’T ENOUGH OF IT EITHER :(other then that I’m a Tanger girl

It’s not the mall’s fault, of course, but my visit yesterday, November 29, was a series of poor customer service experiences. Granted, retail staff these days is comprised of very young, inexperienced people. Most couldn’t even look you in the face to smile or say hello. Is this what holiday shopping has become? Yikes.

GREAT stores and customer service in the stores, however, Tanger Outlets management doesn’t understand traffic at all. It’s Black Friday so I get that it’s abnormally busy which is why blocking all exits but one makes NO sense. We shopped for an hour and a half but waited to get in for half an hour and waited to get out for half an hour which seems kinda ridiculous. There’s traffic backed up all away around the mall with traffic guards letting people out through one exit with all of the other ones blocked off. As humans with drivers licenses, we could figure out how to get ourselves out of here using everyday rules of the road rather than having these rent a cops pretend to control traffic.
Okay I’m done ranting because we’re almost out of this god forsaken parking lot but I’m in a car full of women with a lot of new purchases whom are no longer happy.

The worst customer service ever. No one ever knows what they’re doing, especially at the registers. Poor management for sure. No friendly customer interactions, no greetings no nothing. Sad as this is a popular retail store.

I shop at a few stores but Brooks Brothers and Tommy Hilfiger are my favorites because they seem to sell the same merchandise as in their mainline stores. The same cannot always be said for every brand. The ladies of the Tanger customer service offices are not only helpful, but also can help you make bigger savings with their Tanger Club Cards.

I love going to these outlets everytime I visit Arizona. As a petite Californian Asian girl, you can imagine my excitement finding sizes xs, s, and shoe sizes in 7 in abundance. I have meager choices in Cali, but here I am a shopaholic queen strolling by Express, Banana Republic, J. Crew, Abercrombie & Fitch (no shame), H&M, Calvin Klein, and Saks Fifth outlets.
I found several shirts at Abercrombie (no logo) for less than $ 10, and several quality tops at Banana Republic/​Express ranging in the $ 20s. They almost always offer additional percentages off regular and clearance items.
Every top, dress, and heels, are at my fingertips and the only victim here is my wallet!

Great location. Plenty of stores to shop at. Scenery is great. Although an «outlet» most of the stores carry rather new products. Plenty of parking if there isn’t any games going on. Never really extremely crowded. Always room to walk around and do a couple laps checking out all the stores. Probably my 2^nd favorite outlet mall here.

Things have really gotten better around here. They’ve added Fired Pie, which I feel attracts more people this way and adds somewhere to eat. They’ve added more stores. It’s a great place to walk around.
People are right, even though they are called outlets, there are no real deals around here. I’ve just stopped thinking of them as outlets and think of them as stores in a regular mall and now it’s just another place to shop that’s closer to home.
The only thing that I wish they had thought out better is the parking situation. It’s not so much trouble with the parking spaces, but issues with traffic when you are leaving. There are not enough exits and it creates more traffic.

This is for the Hanes store in the Tanger Outlets:
Came in here with my friend yesterday and customer service was abysmal. The one girl who was folding things didn’t say «hi» even though we were the only two people in the store. We had to go to her to ask if there was a size of something and she went and looked without giving us a smile or any sort of friendly service.
We ended up trying a few things on, but still nobody asked us if we needed help (by this time Christina, who I am assuming was the manager, had come back from her lunch break and didn’t acknowledge us either).
My friend purchased a few things and while the clerk was checking us out (she didn’t ask us if we found everything okay or anything else) Christina stood behind her and GLARED at my friend and me. I don’t mean she was staring out into space, but GLARING into us.
After checking out nobody told us to have a good day, nobody said «thanks for shopping with us». Instead, we just got the stare down from Christina. We were the only two people in the store, can’t you give us a smile and ask us how our day was, or whether or not we needed help finding something??? This was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had, and I called corporate because of it. Unfortunately the call center woman was not friendly either, and didn’t apologize for our terrible experience. She simply said she’d forward my comments to management. Well I sure hope there’s a difference manager apart from Christina, because I know she won’t care whether or not she gave us good service.

We had some spectacular service at Brooks Brothers and JCrew. Van-​Heusen service was lacking but the prices were spot on for non-​iron short sleeve dress shirts for only $ 15 each! We’re visiting from Germany so I highly recommend this shopping area. The other malls we visited didn’t have as nice a store selection. We found close parking immediately, its open/​outdoor style so the weather was nice and the bathroom stalls were all handicap size so all shopping bags would fit as well. Highly recommend this place for a full wardrobe of shopping. Other stores we visited were Gap and Levi.

These outlets are okay. I can’t imagine on a hot day how it would be given it’s outdoors. They have H&M, guess, Nike, Michael Kors… the list goes on. Parking is usually not bad except there’s basically one entrance and one exit and everyone’s walking around.

Lots of great places to shop, but because the lit, outside store names don’t necessarily correspond with where they’re located in the mall, it can be difficult to park near what you’re looking for. My favorite is Ann Taylor and VF Factory Outlet. Great finds!

I dig the outlet mall. I am usually on a mission to shop not eat so lack of a food court is not a biggie for us. We usually leave the house with a full stomach. Love the shops. Nice to have access to stores like these without having to drive so far. Always clean and plenty of space. I never feel crowded. Of course I usually go in the day time during the week while most are at work. Like the sales!
