Dr. Suk is a compassionate and highly skilled doctor. I really appreciate the fact I have him as my doctor and cannot say enough good things about him. He always takes his time with me explaining the results and answering my questions and he is very knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Suk is an awesome doctor and person! I highly recommend Dr. Suk!

Dr Suk is very caring and thorough but the office staff in terms of scheduling needs an overhaul!!!
Appointment scheduled at 10:30am, currently sitting & waiting for the Dr. still!!! It’s 12:03pm. This is wayyyyy out of control! 1.5 hrs of waiting & still no Dr! Why do they book appts this way!
Be prepared to wait a minimum of 1 hr — 1.5 hrs.
What’s the point of having an appointment?

Finally saw the Dr at 12:15, 1 hour & 45 min wait.

Dr Suk doesn’t not have a fancy office in a fancy building and its true that the restroom is on the first floor. But that’s not what matters. What matters is that Dr. Suk is very good at his job. He has taken time to explain things to me, has called to check on my progress, and has given me a care that I have not experienced at my previous Dr.

First off, they don’t take any PPO through covered CA, it’s considered out of network, ends up being cheaper to pay oop. Also, they only take cash and check, which no one told me over the phone. I ended up leaving because I only carry my card with me, and that was after waiting 45 mins. There’s also no public bathroom in the office, there’s a sign that tells you to go to the first floor. Terrible office.
