Dr. Dale adjusts you and tells you to come back. Sure, the adjustment expedites healing, but people have specific needs. I asked him to check the range of motion on my quadriceps and he said «No.» Be careful, his sales pitch is awesome!

I love this place! I’ll be totally frank, my husband and I have been coming to Standing Tall for several months now. My husband found the office by chance online through a promotion. He was having severe back pain, it had been a constant thing for a long time at that point, he could no longer sleep lying down, he had to be sitting up all night. It was really bad, he has suffered from stomach ulcers in the past, so all the pain meds were really messing him up. He got temporary relief from his back at the cost of his stomach. So he went, and I’m not even kidding, about two weeks into it, he was literally able to sleep on his back, had a spring in his step and he was off the pain meds. I’m have always been a total skeptic, when it comes to alternative medicine, but watching him feel good without out popping pills made me willing to check it out. I had been suffering from chronic migraines for 17 years at least, it was so debilitating they would last for 3 days and leave me completely unable to function. We are the parents of six kiddos and I’m expecting number 7, so popping pills is not and has not been an option for me, I have been either pregnant or nursing for the past 11 years so that made pretty much all of the «good» stuff off limits to me. I kid you not, after having dealt with so much pain for so long, I and seeing my husbands wonderful results without pain meds, going to see Dr. Dale was the glimmer of hope I had been waiting so hopelessly for.
So several months later, I have gotten a few nasty headaches, last only a day. I don’t know exactly why this has worked, but it has. I had been suffering from severe knee pain since I was 19 years old, I am now 35, I thought I was going to have to wind up having knee surgery on both my knees like my mom, and here is the CRAZY AMAZING thing, so Dr. Dale aligned my jaw, and 2 days later I was PAIN FREE on both my knees!!! I have been so for the last two weeks!!! This has not happened with anything ever before. When I was single I took the pain meds, which only helped until the effect wore off, my doctors didn’t really address it because of my age, they said I was fine, to exercise more, but honestly none of it helped. My knees were not even on my list, the horrid headaches were the big fish, but little by little I have experienced healing throughout my body. I totally recommend that anyone living with chronic debilitating pain come here to be healed!!! You will get an honest evaluation, given honest expectations, and be wowed by the results.

Dr Dale is so intuitive, he has amazing talents. He is a healer that not only heals your body but your soul. I was a non-​believer of chiropractic care however after meeting Dr Dale I was so amazed at his abilities that I am now a regular patient and appreciate every minute I get to spend under his care. His professional staff, Ryan, is such a bright spot as he welcomes you to the office with his big smile. I love this place!

Great place, very nice staff and doctor. I discontinued my and my daughter’s treatment for personal reasons, the very next day Dr. Dale calculated and mailed me the refund check.

Dr. Dale is wonderful. Starting going here for massages and then had my consultation for chiro and have been loving experiencing less back/​neck strain, muscle tension and headaches. Years ago while working in a restaurant, I met a couple. They noticed I was wearing a wrist brace (from years of waiting tables) and insisted I visit their chiropractor. Dr Dale set me up on a plan, and within months my wrist was healed! And I was still working the same job! I have brought friends and family to Dr. Dale over the years and they all love his level of care, and the concern he has for each patient. He’s an awesome healer!

I went to Dr. Dale to correct my posture. Since my young days, my posture has been terrible (I hunch a lot and my neck sticks out forward). Dr. Dale took x-​rays of my neck area, did numerous other tests and recommended that I do a year long program to correct my posture. Him and his staff are very professional and sincere. Ryan at the front desk is very helpful and a world-​class guy. I’m happy with Dr. Dale and his staff.

Okay, so here’s the honest truth the good and the bad. Everything you need to to know:
First and most importantly, Dr. Dale is a true and amazing healer! Not only did I have constant neck pain but I also had migraines at least once a week and severe wrist problems that were holding me back from building a clientele as a hair stylist. After only a year of treatment I no longer had any wrist problems at all. Now I actually own the salon and I’m fully booked every day. I spend 8 – 10 hours on my feet with out a lunch break and constantly moving my hands wrist and arms with no back neck or wrist pain at all. I’ve also taken up hobbies such as snowboarding, drumming, and dancing. All of which require full body movement and strength and stamina.
The negative comments that I have heard around town is that people feel like they get a sales pitch for his membership. I have to admit, the first time I felt the same. Now I feel that it is worth the commitment and he has saved money and my health most importantly. I rarely have the need for a medical doctor now. The membership is cost effective and it also forces you to complete your treatment. Chiropractic is a way of life and must be maintained to keep your body in balance.
Dr. Dale has not only cured my wrist and back pain but he has taught me how to live a healthy life and encouraged me to maintain a healthy diet. Also, the evidence that he has helped me is visible on x-​ray! I didn’t know that was possible till he showed me. And last but not least, he specializes in pregnancy and infant Chiropractic as well.
Dr. Dale is really great at what he does, and I trust him.

However, immediately after he adjusted my neck I really felt ten years younger! I proved it too, by cycling home up to the Foothills from Montrose at a very fast pace, something I’ve never had the energy to do before.
I honestly feel that with Dr. Dale’s help I can reverse the aging process and feel like a new man. Dr. Dale and his team are second to none. After a horrific car accident where I broke my neck and back, I went to Dr. Dale to find relief from my terrible pain. After just a year of constant care and treatment I am free from pain and have regained full movement of my spine even with the two 10 inch rods that have fused my spine. I never thought I would be be to walk again but with Dr. Dale’s treatment plan and wonderful care, I am back to 100%. I consider him my own personal miracle worker. Thank you Dr. Dale!

I have had damage to my sketal frame and a torn rotator cuff. Dr. Ellwein’s techniques, combining chiropractics, kinesiology, and intuitive healing, has reduced the intensity and the frequency of pain. I used to take vicodin on an almost daily basis.
