ordered the cream cheese wontons that looked great until i ate them… they had a very pungent, weird smell to them. i opened one to find a piece of imitation crab meat the size of my thumb inside, not exaggerating. gross.

I would give this place 4⁄5 stars if it wasn’t for my last experience. I always order from this place at least every other week. I always get their Thai tea, pad see ew, pad Thai. One day I ordered the pad see ew. When I opened it. It was a different type of noodles not the usual flat noodles. It was like thin noodles. I called and told them about it. The lady was nice enough to let me get a free order next time but to call it in. I never got to use that free order. Which is ok. A few days ago. I ordered on grub hub. For delivery again. The usual. I thought of trying something new. So I ordered their cream cheese fried wonton. Which I thought it was only filled with that. Cause most if not all of their items have a description of what inside the food upon ordering. I get my food. Everything was great but the Fried wonton. It had crab. I’m not allowed to have crab. If I knew it had crab I wouldn’t order it. So I called to let them know that their cream cheese fried wonton isn’t just cream cheese. The lady that answered yelled at me. Saying«what do you want me to do?!» I response by saying well what can you do for me? She gave a big sigh. It was pretty pointless at this point to say anything else. I just said they should update their menu and actually describe what’s in it. Because you never know who eats and could be allergic to it. Some professionalism and customer service that lady has showed. Which is none. She could have handled the situation better.

GREAT Pad See Ew! Very friendly couple owns this place too! Always a pleasure coming in there, even though it is located in an old building, inside of an AA meeting location. Still well worth it. Reasonably priced too, and the tiny Thai Chili peppers are amazing!

Yuck. The green curry had no eggplant, no basil, and no flavor. What it did have was mushy frozen peas and about ten bay leaves in it :/Plus, the tofu was silken, so it just contributed to the overall bland mushiness. At least the green papaya salad was edible.

THEWORST customer service! I ordered online(at a time when they are CLEARLY open and will be for several more hours, according to every website), waited over an hour, and finally called to see what was taking so long… the phone rang and rang and rang, no answer. Called again multiple times, no answer, not even an answering machine. Finally I was going to drive over there and see what was going on, when suddenly, after waiting over an hour and a half, I got an email from Eat24 telling me that my order had been cancelled. Wow, thanks a lot, Sri Windsor! I’ve gotten food from them a number of times, but they’ve officially lost this customer. Never again. If you’re going to randomly close, take yourselves off Eat24 and stop wasting everyone’s time.

Cheap, meh-diocre Thai. Standard dishes like pad-thai or crab fried rice are pretty good, but the meat selection here is the absolute pits: grizzly, rubbery, and often just plain awful. Their chicken, in particular, is quite gross. Curries range between decent and flavorless. Typically Sri Windsor is quite prompt on delivery orders, but this past time we had an hour+ wait before they called us and asked to cancel. Ugh. Buyer be warned.

Ordered food for delivery and after a hour and 20 min I called to see where my food was and they called the restaurant to find out that the restaurant did not have a delivery person so did not make my order but did not tell the service provider or me. This is bad customer service and a lack of decency.

Food 4 to 4.5 stars for taste and value of the red curry. Location 2 or 3 stars depending on how picky you are. Service 4 stars. Friendly Thai couple that work at the restaurant, cook, and serve. It’s a weird location in the lobby of the Windsor club. I’m not too bothered by décor and thought the service was great and food was wonderful. We ordered a red curry and white rice to go with it. A great pair. If you are to eat the curry by itself I’d find it a bit salty, but I eat light on the salt. If décor and trendy is what you are looking for, this is not it. Order delivery. I’d be back again to try other items on the menu.

Very friendly folks run this place. It is in a very quirky spot– inside of a community center type building that holds a large number of AA(12 step program) meetings. The food was good enough to try one more time. Neither of us would say it was great but it was decent. We had two different pad see ew orders– the one with tofu had very overcooked noodles. However, the tofu was very good. The beef was really tough and overcooked but flavorful in the other dish. Prices were quite a bit different when I paid in person versus what the online menu demonstrated. Hopefully they will correct this soon.

A perfect place for those who enjoy spoiled smelling half cooked shrimp and old chicken. Not only did they deliver the wrong rice dish, but the driver asked for a phony delivery charge – even though the bottom of the receipt indicated No delivery charge. The shrimp dish came with a whopping 2 whole shrimp, which, as said, were not cooked all the way through. And when my wife opened the box, a strong odor of rancidity and stinky pier-fish overwhelmed her. Also, the chicken was old. She took a few bites and had to spit it out – it tasted old, as if the chicken was sitting out the whole hot day. The salad looked like the typical non-green wilted iceberg lettuce that you would except at low-end restaurant downtown.
We called the restaurant and had driver come back to pick it up and refund us.

Really tasty and fresh. We ordered chinese dishes; they definitely have a Thai twist. The tom kha kai(chicken coconut soup) is top 5 I’ve ever had — perfect balance of coconut, tang and extremely tender chicken. It is addictive! Unexpectedly good. Great value.

Hidden Gem. Boba tea is super good, wontons are really good. Honestly everything is good here, and the owners are so nice. Best Thai food in Glendale easily.

One of the better Thai food places in Glendale. Yes, it is probably best to get delivery rather than eat in the lobby of an AA clubhouse but that hasn’t stopped me in the past. I think the prices are really fair and the portions are great. Very flavorful dishes but he warned you should tell them how spicy you want your order. I’ve made this goof up in the past and I can’t have anything too hot anymore. Love this place!

Sri Windsor, you saucy little minx, you! I love you! When I moved to LA I did not have a car for the first four months I lived here and my stomach relied solely on places that deliver. My choices in Los Feliz/Atwater were pretty limited, not to mention insanely expensive, but I found my champion in Sri Windsor. The delivery is super quick and I never once had an issue with delayed service or my order being incorrect. The delivery driver was super friendly, as well. The food is amazing. The pineapple curry is my favorite and comes in mild, medium and hot. Beware — The hot will melt your mouth, throat and internal organs. I lather my food in Sriracha normally, so I am no wimp when it comes to heat. Their hot though, PHEW! Better be ready to call an AM-BA-LANCE! Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Their Thai tea is also amazing and is a dessert and a drink all rolled into one. The prices are super reasonable and they usually always have some sort of online coupon for something free or money off when you order online. Oh, that’s the other great thing! An authentic Thai restaurant with online ordering, it’s a God-send! My one and only complaint is that they are not open on weekends. There is nothing better than Thai food to nurse a wicked hangover and Sri Windsor is closed on my hangover re-cooperation days. SAD! It’s okay though, I still love you Sri Windsor.

I love greasy spoons but this was f’n weird. Almost didn’t find it as there is no signage and it’s in the lobby/lounge area of an AA building. Throw in some ancient people talking loud GOP crap, we’ll you get it. The food was so so. We both ordered the pad see ew that everyone on Unilocal raves about. Not so good. And we know pad se ew, this was almost on the ew side. Won’t be back but will continue our quest to find a sweet little mom and pop Thai place in Glendale.

GATDELIVERYSERVICEHERE!!! patience while ordering on the phone. They got here faster than what they said and then when you open your bag oh surprise! everything is well handeled and they put just the right ammount of sauces and sorts. I just hate so much getting food delivered cus most of the times everything is shitty packed but not this time! And so… their tom yum soup is great, if you get it spicy it actually tastes spicy. Their salmon plate is great, really tasty, their sides too, everything is perfect!!! Must try!

HUGEPOSITIVERECOMMENDATION — go there. It is a café inside the Glendale Windsor Club building(a non-profit organization of Alanon — Alcoholics Anonymous). First floor, entrance is the side door from the parking lot. Our table had the Chicken Yellow Curry lunch special, the Pork Spicy Fried Rice(hot) and the Crying Tiger Salad(extra hot). The lunch special was really a tasty meal and such a value!!! The crying tiger had some crying from the extra hot — for me it was perfect and full of spicy goodness. It was not just heat but loads of flavor from lots of spices. The dressing was to die for. Spicy fried rice with pork(hot) was some of the best fried rice I can EVERRECALL eating — and that my friends is many years of Thai chow. Lots of spices and veggies in the rice — really flavorful and not greasy or oily. These two ladies can really cook some great Thai/ THISIS A MUSTTRYFORGLENDALE and SURROUNDINGCOMMUNITYRESIDENTS.
