This gas station is always packed but it has the best prices in the area. Just don’t go during peak going to or coming home from work times and you will be fine.

One of the best shell locations! I come here because The gas prices are fairly decent. What I don’t really like is the fact that it gets SUPER packed here certain times. I’ve never had a major problem because I fill the morning I need to go anywhere. But there have been times I’ve done it during the weekend, and I have had to wait to get close to a pump.
And impatient me? Waiting? Ya​.no. So imagine. If I’m writing saying this place is not that bad, you know it’s okay! Very conveniently located. No one really enjoys spending $ 40+ on gas. But the fact that it is fairly priced makes you look forward to spending money here.

The price is decent but it gets packed at certain times especially in the morning. Doesn’t help that some of these customers are rude as hell. Can’t expect less from the people of Glendale. Sometimes the workers here take their job too seriously but whatever.

Gas is very reasonably priced (so 5 stars there) but the layout of the station is poor and it is hard to maneuver (2 stars there).

Gets very packed, and people drive in from all sorts of directions so you really have to be careful. And adopt a «Don’t Worry, Be Happy» exterior because some of these drivers will cut you off at the wheel, block you, and most annoying of all, not watch where they are going. Pedestrians, too! — After they prepay, or get their receipts, just look at their phones and walk right in front of moving cars. Huh-​loh!
Yes, you guessed it, the prices are usually good. I seldom go b/​c I don’t need more stress in my life, but if you get fuel points at Ralph’s, this is one of the places that accepts Ralph points.

It’s a gas station. Not much more to say about it. If you’re going South on Pacific, it’s easy to get into. If you’re going North, good luck. Prices of gas are good. Way cheaper than the obscenely priced Chevron up the street.

And the prices fluctuate quite a bit. I’d rather go to Costco to get gas, but I come to Shell from time to time.
The only problems I’ve ever experienced here are with rude people trying to hit your car to get a spot at the pump but other than that, no complaints.

This place teaches you how to swoop into your rightful spot to pump gas. Lol. People keep coming in the lot and if your not careful with so many people waiting they feel that since they are close to the pump they are obligated… I think not! Ive done many full turns and Ive mastered backing up through many cars because of this place.
Some pumps at other gas stations for some reason pump gas very slow. Not this place, its express pumping all the way.
You do have to wait 5 minutes sometimes to get to a pump, however you are out of there in less than 5 after that. So it balances it out.
Once your done pumping you have access to the 134 fwy east and west which enable you to get onto most freeways.

I am giving three stars for customer service.
The rest of the station doesn’t really deserve stars.
This station is always packed. I always assumed that this was due to the low prices and that’s the price you pay for cheap gas. However, the gas prices seem to have gone up since becoming part of the Ralph’s rewards program. It’s still a great value if you use the rewards program… if the pump will take your rewards number and it usually doesn’t. I have been using the same rewards number for 11 years, the pump probably only recognizes it 4 times out of 10. It’s very frustrating. You end up paying more for gas because you’re already there and it’s not worth searching for a new station at that point,

Cheap gas for a Shell but it’s cramped. It’s always packed at all hours with overly aggressive drivers who will NOT wait for you to settle back into your car.

Meh I only go here because its so convenient being across the street. Their pumps are broken most if the time so you can’t just press the trigger and let it fill up the tank– you gotta manually hold it pressed YET with a certain pressure because otherwise it clicks off and pumping stops… so annoying:(

Their gas area is entirely too small! It’s busy because it’s right off the freeway, but there’s not enough room. I suggest going elsewhere if you don’t want to feel like people are going to scrape past your car.

This gas station is always jam packed. No matter what time of the day you come here. In fact, I’ve had a few late night returns home and this gas station has been full at 2 am. No joke. I think that’s mostly because they have the best prices in town. I’m the type that likes to shop around, get better bang for my buck. It’s always between this Shell Station and the Mobil Station on Verdugo Blvd in Montrose that are always in competition for best price. This week, it just so happens to be this Shell. I love that just about everytime i pass this place whether it be on the way home from work, on the way to work, or coming back from Starbucks up the street a little bit, it seems that gas prices are always going down at this place. The wait does suck sometimes though because you have many trying to get their gas, I’ve seen a few arguments as well over someone just pulling into a spot when someone had already be waiting.
One major gripe, however, and I know it’s not just here, its all gas stations. The person that works inside, whether it be the men or the one lady that works there, they are extremely slow. I hate using credit cards in the machines here, and any gas station for that matter. You can’t ever be too careful when you swipe your card anywhere these days. So when I have the cash, naturally I do go inside to pay. Sadly, just about every occurrence involving me going inside to pay has left me with a headache. The cashier here (and it’s usually always one cashier, they have two registers and always one person there ringing, no matter how long the line is) always takes their time to make sure they are processing the money the right way, the right amount of change is given back and that they like triple check to make sure they put in what grade of gas you want. I’d say it takes roughly around 3 to 5 minutes for them to process one person at at time. This doesn’t make for many happy campers that are waiting in a line that’s almost long enough to go out the door.
I also don’t like that their pumps don’t stretch like most others do. You have to get your car in there just right and make sure that your gas hole is on the right side because good luck trying to get the pump to wrap around. That’s pretty crappy. BUT! (can you tell I’m on a negative Nancy roll this week?) you really can’t beat the price that this Shell station has. Really. I cringe at the Mobil station just up the street across from Marie Callendars on Pacific. Right now it’s $ 3.79 a gallon at this Shell and a whopping $ 3.90 at that Mobil station. Yikes!
Oh, they also have a pretty good selection inside, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here just for convenient store purposes as your wait in line with be anything but convenient.

This shell station is really nice, the snack shop is pretty huge and has a great variety of food inside. Lot is always busy, because it is right next to the free way, and the gas prices are pretty decent.

Maral, you would have loved them yesterday. They had 89 octane for only $ 1.24 a gallon. The line was around the block! Take THAT big oil companies!

time for a rant:
as if as if the price of gas isn’t stressful enough knowing that I have to cash in my non-​existing 401K in order to get to and from work forget about driving for any kind of fun anymore now we have to deal with the fact that the Shell Corporation has made it so that you can only charge 50 dollars on your credit card at the pump and when you go to swipe your card again the stupid monitor tells you to go inside and see the attendant that 50 dollars only nets me about half a tank of gas because I happen to drive an SUV and to all you tree hugging assholes who say I should have a more echo friendly car I say fuck off I love my big ass car and I love the fact that it could smush you and your butt ugly hybrid price of shit to ittty bitty bits besides even if I wanted to sell it and that is a big if who’s gonna buy my ‘I get 13 miles to the gallon’ car when it looks like gas’ll cost up-​words of 10 dollars a fuckin gallon in the next two weeks and then the 50 dollars that they cap you off at at the pump will net me a quarter tank of gas.
