I had a solid experience at Serj Motors when I was in a hit and run accident. The guys took care of me and went the extra mile for replacing small details such as my mud flaps and interior damage near the tires. No complaints here. The service was quick and straightforward. I would go back.

Serj motors is one of the great and honest auto body shops around. They do top level work and are extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to visit them and see how they can help you with auto body repair, big or small then do it all!

its unfortunate i would have to leave a review like this but here goes aug 10 my car caught on fire around 3 in the morning i was in san fran with my friends when i got the phone call that my late fathers car which had been left to me a lexus rx 330 had caught on fire according to norair owner of serfs auto body he said that my car was definitely fixable and that it really wasn’t that much of a big deal ill post picture to show how little would have been affected but according to anyone who knows about cars the correct thing to do when any sort of panel burns of a car they should be replaced the way you would know is the vin# wouldn’t be attached to that panel. no panel was changed my car was returned to me with NO BACK LIGHTS working not my emergency not my signal not my break it was returned to me mid february yes you read that right mid february so i got the check from the insurance exactly 08/​25/​2014 gave him the cash no later that sept 2 2014 … mind you i tutor children one night in la canada i get pulled over to my surprise officer Tsyuam is immensely helpful and informative he shows me that no light works in my car and that the panel that had burned was warm to the touch he asked what had happened and i told him and he poped my trunk he showed me that there was nothing wrong with my fuse but instead my bulbs were bad lets forward to last week when i took it to lexus and spent 800 replaces all back bulbs. norayr is a fraud simple as that his hostility was ridiculous refuses to give me a receipt for any work he did he according to him is «painting his office» does not have the time … i can sit there as long as i want i will not be getting my receipts … he’s a jerk he thinks because women don’t have someone to stand up for them that they are going to just deal with it i spent another 200 on my car battery so thats already 1200 according to him which he charged me 8000 to fix my car plus he charged my insurance company 1500 for storage fee … yes he has a child attending law school i would love to see what he would say about this … its unfortunate that men like this exist wrongful mechanics in general i was left with no car since aug 2014 when i received my car back the passenger left hand door handle was missing my key didn’t work my battery was dead no lights worked a gaping hole in my truck and lose panels that i can fit my fingers through there is build up of water in my car and to the big thing NO PANEL WAS CHANGED no new bumper was put in he didn’t even put in a new windshield wiper he told me my battery died and to get in my car and drive for 3 hours on the freeway to get my car going regardless this thing refuses to give e receipts why? a. that is illegal ! B. all parties involved in a transaction are rightfully deserving of a receipt why not give me mine because nothing u did was legit everything u did was half a** he is horrible hopefully you guys think twice !

If you want great quality work and excellent service, Serj Motors Auto Body is the place to go. Nick treats you like family and truly cares. I took my 2013 C250 in for damage on the passenger side. The workmanship and the final product was superb. I’ve had experience with lots of different body shops in the area and most are rip offs that provide poor quality work, at best. This place is definitely a breath of fresh air and I absolutely recommend it for all types of repairs.

A few years ago a jackass with no license or insurance hit my unoccupied parked car in a Wendy’s parking lot and put a big dent in it. Serj Motors Auto Body got my car repaired quickly and looking better than it did before the dent. What really impressed me was that my car had the car pool lane stickers on the bumper, and the people at Serj Motors Auto Body were able to transfer the stickers from the old bumper to the new bumper flawlessly. Keep in mind these stickers are deliberately made so that you can’t peel them off and stick there somewhere else. Serj Motors Auto Body took the time to heat the stickers and carefully place them on the new bumper for me so that I would not have to go through the painful process of trying to replace them through the DMV, which requires mailing the old stickers in and hoping the DMV sends you new ones after a few weeks. Everyone at Serj Motors was nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

This is one body shop where you can trust the person that is going to perform the repair on your car. I’ve used this body shop numerous time in the past and very happy with their quality of work. Every time you get greeted with out most professionalism of the owner and like the person before me commented, he took care of everything with the insurance company. I already have recommended Nick to numerous of family and friends over the years. Keep up the great work.

My wife’s was in a car accident and damaged the entire front end of her car. I called up Serj Motors took her car in. He handled everything for me with my insurance. In less then 2 weeks we had our car back. Seriously looks flawless. I had numerous people try to see where the damage was on the car and you cant tell. Amazing job. A motors mercedes benz i been serj motors customer for long time not only he is a good and honest man he also take realy good care of his customer i reffered so many of my own customers to his body shop and every single one of them called and thanked me, you dont see to many people like him, in past i delth with other body shops they just want to take your bussines, a soon as they get the check from insurance companies they totally forget about you, the job that can be done in one week takes two weeks to finish and ther is always somthing missing but so far with serj motors never had this kind of experience and i definitely recomand everyone to him.
